Advanced Micro Devices Customer Service Issues

For over a year, my screen has been freezing randomly. This occurs while playing games or watching YouTube videos. The audio continues via my speakers, but the screen remains frozen, leading me to restart by holding down the power button. The freezes are unpredictable; I could play a game for hours without issues, but other times it freezes on startup multiple times in a row or during regular desktop use. Despite keeping my Radeon RX [redacted] drivers updated, the problem persists and seems to be worsening. It may be related to resolution changes, as it often occurs when launching or closing a game, and sometimes even when entering my computer password. Device Manager and Windows diagnostics show no issues.
