I purchased Modern Warfare for the Xbox Series S on the Microsoft Store, but I was surprised to find out it's not compatible with my digital-only console. Despite spending $60, I cannot play the game as intended. After researching, I discovered it's meant for the disc version, which doesn't align with my digital console. The Microsoft Store listing didn't clarify this discrepancy, and now I feel scammed out of $60. It's disappointing and frustrating that there was no indication of this issue before making the purchase.

I recently encountered a bug while playing a domination game. I had to turn off my data connection due to lagging, but when I reconnected, I was unable to move in the game. I can provide evidence once contacted. Meanwhile, my teammates were moving and getting killed. I decided to restart the game, only to find out I was banned for 5 minutes. As I was checking the lobby chats, I suddenly got reconnected to a Search and Destroy game, where enemies were already shooting at me. It was confusing since I was expecting to join a domination game. I believe reporting this issue will help prevent others from experiencing it too. Please reach out to me for proofs. Have a good day.

Good morning, Activision banned my account, supposedly for software manipulation which is not true. I also reported my account being hacked. I deleted some weapon folders that appeared, bought in-game store items. Is it illegal to receive products from the Call of Duty channel on Twitch? I just want my account back and fair treatment as a user. Cheaters seem to get away with everything while honest players like me face bans. The appeal process is a sham, they give the same automated response without letting me defend myself. It would be respectful to have a real person to interact with instead of just being directed to an email. My account is [redacted], thank you.

On the 4th of June, I was banned from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. Despite contacting support, my appeal was promptly denied without any explanation. I have always played fairly without the use of cheats or alterations, and it's frustrating not to have my case investigated. At the time of the ban, I wasn't even playing on my own PC but on my boyfriend's brother's PC, which was checked for any unauthorized software. I sincerely believe this ban is unjust, and I am struggling to reach out to the support team for clarification. I am hoping for a detailed explanation of what triggered the anti-cheat system and led to my ban. It's important to me that a real person from Activision reviews my case and listens to my perspective instead of an automated response. I am eager to resolve this issue and regain access to the game I purchased.

I was banned from the game over a year ago despite never cheating or downloading anything suspicious on my computer. I even checked all my software for any potential triggers. My gameplay, with a 2KD and ~[redacted] wins, should have demonstrated my innocence. I invested over £[redacted] in in-game purchases during lockdown, and all of it vanished suddenly. I've attempted multiple times to reach out to Activision to appeal the ban based on their claim of me using 'unauthorised software,' but to no avail. It feels unjust that a company can take your money, delete your account, ban you, and not provide any proper channels for communication in case of errors.

When I try to play, I have to download the words from two components, but it's not working due to an error that keeps popping up. I tried downloading the whole thing, but it still didn't work. I deleted it, but the game still won't function. Afterwards, I re-downloaded it, and since yesterday, it's been working. I turned off my PS4 after a round, but today when I tried to play again, it wouldn't work. It showed that it hadn't downloaded, so I might have to start all over again. If it doesn't work later on, I don't want to spend another three hours downloading everything again.

Dear Activision, I need your help. I've been trying to reach out to someone for a few days now but haven't had any luck. I submitted an appeal with limited word count and received an email rejecting it, falsely accusing me of hacking. I have been a loyal player for many years and have spent a significant amount of money on your games. I don't even own a computer, and my friends can vouch for me. One of my friends made a purchase in-game while in my lobby, and due to a glitch, it affected my character without my consent. I stopped playing, only to return the next day to find out I was banned for reasons unknown to me. Please review my case thoroughly by checking audio files, data, and any other information you need. I am innocent, and my Xbox account is precious to me. I have witnesses who can support my claim. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address an issue I've encountered recently. I'm a longtime fan of this franchise, having played since [redacted] at the age of 48. Throughout the years, I've purchased and played every Cod game, always abiding by the rules. The only recent change I made was upgrading my PC to incorporate an RTX [redacted] graphics card. Shortly after this upgrade, I found myself banned. My Battle.net username is Ndokojokojo#[redacted]. If there's a chance to investigate this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Being banned after two decades of dedicated play is disheartening. I am willing to comply with any PC checks as I have nothing to conceal.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Activision account to redeem a code from an event. I have tried to log in using various platforms (PSN, Xbox, Steam, and Battle.net) but I am unable to proceed due to the 2FA verification. Unfortunately, I have lost access to the 2FA authenticator app and only have backup codes. When I enter the backup codes, I encounter a white screen or I am redirected to the login screen, resulting in an error message stating "Invalid Captcha." The account recovery option prompts me to log in through one of the linked platforms, all of which also require 2FA verification. Clicking on the option "I don't have any linked accounts" leads to creating a new account, which is not feasible as the platforms are already linked to my inaccessible previous account. Logging in with an Activision account also requires 2FA verification, leaving me stuck in a loop. Overall, I am unable to log in because the 2FA process is blocking my access, and the backup codes are not resolving the issue.

On 26/05/[redacted], my account got banned, and I was unaware of the reason since I was away from work. It seems someone hacked into my account, resulting in a permanent ban. I have never had any warnings or prior bans as I play this game fairly and have invested a lot in this account. I am very upset about being banned and have submitted an appeal explaining the situation. So far, I have only received one email asking about a battlenet account which I did not create. I noticed on my profile that a battlenet account was linked, confirming my suspicions of being hacked. It has been quite some time, and I have not received any updates. I value my account a lot and just want to be able to play the game. My case number is [redacted]1.

Hello, I have been a member of Call of Duty Mobile since it was released, so I have been playing this game with the same account for a long time. Yesterday, on June 27, [redacted], I was hacked. When I logged into the game, I saw someone else playing in my place. They changed my equipment, my skin, and spent all the CP and C I had. I have nothing left, they also took over my account because I currently don't have access to it. I went to your website to investigate with your support, but after a misunderstanding of the instructions, I was told to create a fictional account with a different email address to recover my previous account. However, I used the same email address as the old account, and now activision considers my address [redacted] as linked to the new account and not the one I want to recover. The procedure with your support team is not progressing as expected. I do not understand and I want to recover my account if possible. I have put a lot of energy and time into its development, and I am quite upset about this loss. My username was DEI-So¥¥, I was in a clan, and I was around level [redacted]. I received a gift from a friend for the battle pass on Sunday, so maybe that is related to this issue. Can you please help me? Can I recover my account? I cannot find a working number to contact you. I believe my Call of Duty Mobile account has been hacked, as I keep getting logged out while playing. The account is connected to both Facebook and Activision. It seems like the hacker accessed my account through Activision, then linked it to the Line app. I've changed my Activision password, but they still have control. I need help unlinking the Line app and logging out of Activision on all other devices.

I have been shadowbanned every other week. This last time, it was just 3 days after my last ban was lifted. It is clear I am not cheating because the ban keeps getting lifted. It is simply because I am a woman and I am getting frustrated by it. I have not violated any policies enforced. Frankly, people get mad at me for being "too nice". I play with other people constantly and they have never been shadowbanned before. This is getting frustrating. Is there something that can be placed on my account to prevent this from happening? I bought the game on Battle.net and Steam to try and stop this issue, but it hasn't worked. I'm just having a hard time understanding why it keeps happening to me, but no one else I've played with.

I was informed that my account has been permanently banned. I recently reactivated this account on my PS5 after transitioning from Xbox. Despite not having played on it yet, I was surprised to discover the ban. I have been trying to contact your customer service team without success. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly as I would like to play Warzone with my friends. I have been shadowbanned in MW2 for no reason at all, and now I can't play any normal games. Activision seems focused on banning legitimate players instead of cheaters. I provided my other account information to Activision, but now I can't access my main account. It's frustrating to see that they prioritize profit over fair play. Hallo, ich wurde bei MWII fälschlicherweise gemeldet und mein Konto wird nun überprüft. Es ist frustrierend, dass Spieler so leichtfertig melden. Während ich mich mit meinem gebrochenen Fuß zu Hause ausruhe, kann ich nun nicht mehr spielen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Meldungsfunktion zu deaktivieren? I was away from my computer from 7/26 to 7/30. Upon my return on 7/30, I discovered that my account had been banned. Despite reaching out to Activision and Battle.net, they claim there is no ban detected. However, my PC shows that my account is banned and linked to another account. I have invested a significant amount of money into this account, and being banned while I was away is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue.

I have misplaced my backup codes that were sent to my email address. Consequently, I am unable to access my account. Since I no longer have my old cellphone with the authenticator app, I am unable to retrieve the codes. As a German user, I am facing difficulty reaching Activision support via hotline, as there isn't one available. I attempted to seek help through the tech support page but struggled as I couldn't locate my specific issue among the examples provided. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option to submit a ticket for assistance.
