Good afternoon, I have recently been banned from Warzone on Xbox Series X, and I'm unsure why this action was taken as I do not engage in cheating. I've encountered troubles with unauthorized access to my account, leading to friends being added without my permission. A previous support ticket I submitted did not receive a response, which can be verified by screenshots from Microsoft. I pride myself on fair play and actively report cheaters in the game. Fellow players on my Activision friend list, some of whom I've played with for over a decade, can attest to this. On May 8th, [redacted], my Blizzard.Net account was compromised while I was at work. I usually play late at night since I work in emergency services and can't access my personal phone during my shift. Upon receiving multiple emails warning me of security changes, I took action upon returning home at 4am. I contacted Battle.net support, and they resolved the issue the next day. I sought further assistance on Reddit and Twitter for items added to my account during the breach. Unfortunately, despite providing evidence that I was not responsible for the actions, my account was permanently banned by Activision. Even after appealing, I received an automated response denying my request. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Hello, I recently installed Warzone and created an Activision account. However, when trying to access the game, I continuously receive an "unable to access online services" error. Despite resetting my router and re-installing the game, the problem persists. I suspect there may be an issue with my account, as I encountered errors with my username during the PS4 account setup. I attempted to unlink and relink the account without success. Unfortunately, I am unable to create a new account with a different email address due to restrictions on unlinking the current account for 12 months. Hello Activision, I am a dedicated player of Call of Duty who values fair play. Despite investing a considerable amount of time and money into the game, I am confused as to why my account has been banned. On August 20th, a friend used their account on my computer, resulting in their account being banned. When I logged back into my account on August 25th, I discovered I had been shadow banned. Subsequently, on August 27th, both my Activision and Blizzard accounts were banned. I want to emphasize that I have never cheated in the game. Although I have encountered unauthorized activity on my account previously, I believed I had resolved it. I received a permanent ban on my COD Warzone account. I've had this account for many years, playing in the UK and Hong Kong. After moving to mainland China for work, I've been using a VPN to access Warzone. The VPN automatically changes locations for the best connection. I want to clarify that I haven't cheated or hacked, despite encountering hackers. My friends and I enjoy playing the game. Recently, upon returning to Warzone, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned, which left me feeling confused and frustrated as someone must have hacked into my account. On another occasion, the hacker even taunted me through an altered loadout message. Following these incidents, I noticed significant ping issues when attempting to join games. In response, I updated my Activision account password, hoping to thwart further unauthorized access. Despite regaining access to the game, I was abruptly hit with a permanent ban. This unjust consequence threatens the significant amount of time and money I have invested in the game. My Activision Warzone account got banned. I admit I broke some rules by using a bug to get camos. Later, a hacker unlocked things I didn't earn. Then, other players accused me of hacking because of my calling card. I play on PS4, so I couldn't use hacks. This all started after the hacker unlocked things for me. On 9/2/[redacted], my account was stolen, but I managed to regain access after contacting battle.net. However, I encountered issues accessing matches afterwards, and noticed unfamiliar camos from zombie mode. I updated all drivers to address potential internet problems, rebooted my PC, only to find out my account had been banned. Despite explaining that it was hacked when I lost access, the appeal process did not consider this. They accused me of using hacks, which I neither have nor would use. I have been attempting to reach Activision for hours but have had no luck. I am frustrated by their lack of response and inability to appeal the ban.

My account was banned, and despite my attempts to appeal, I have been unsuccessful. Subsequently, I created new accounts, which were also banned. While on my third account, I experienced high ping while attempting to join Battle Royale games with friends, and upon trying to play solo, I encountered the same issue. Ultimately, I was banned again. I want to clarify that I have not engaged in cheating or used software to enhance my gameplay. My kill/death ratio of 0.77 demonstrates my fair play. I enjoy playing Warzone and would like to find out if there is a way for me to continue playing without facing a ban. Although I lost all my progress, including over [redacted] hours of gameplay and in-game transactions on my original account, I am eager to resolve this matter. Activision finally responded to me, but unfortunately, they addressed the wrong issue entirely. The problem I encountered was not with the unsuccessful account recovery but the fact that even after successfully recovering my account, it remained banned in Warzone. Back in March [redacted], my account was taken over by someone else, leading me to go through the account recovery process with evidence to prove it was not me. Despite providing compelling evidence, including the fact that hacks were only used when my account was not linked to my original email and that the account showed activity only during the period it was stolen, my ban has not been lifted after six months. I even had a support agent acknowledge that the ban should be removed based on the evidence provided. When I appealed the ban, I was assured it would be reviewed by a person, but the response I received did not reflect a human review. It is frustrating that despite clear evidence of the account being compromised, the ban was upheld erroneously. The timing of their response also seems off, suggesting an automated reply rather than a genuine review by an employee.

I purchased Modern Warfare when the game was initially released. After taking a break from playing the multiplayer mode and achieving platinum camo for some weapons, I returned to find that I needed to link a new Activision account. Once I did that and then switched back to my original account to retain my progress, I realized that another account, GhostPants#[redacted], had been linked to my profile. Upon launching the game, I discovered unauthorized weapon skins and items equipped, indicating that someone had been cheating on my account. Additionally, I've been experiencing difficulty joining games with high ping over [redacted] ms, rendering the game unplayable for me.
