Hello, I am reaching out concerning an issue with my Call of Duty Mobile account. Recently, when I logged into the game, I noticed that my username had been changed from "engage_life" to "REZA.JK." I held the position of Vice Master in the level 4 clan called "engage," where my rank was [redacted]. Unfortunately, the clan has disbanded, and all of my CP ([redacted] CP) has been utilized. Upon checking, I discovered that someone had taken over my account, changed the email address and password, and linked it to a different account named "engage_lifes" with the email address "[redacted]" I am seeking assistance to reclaim my original account. I have screenshots of my gameplay and the recent unauthorized changes for verification. I kindly request a transfer of my data, purchase history, and progress to my new account. Thank you, R. Miles

Dear Sir/Madam, I need assistance. While playing COD Warzone yesterday with my son, who plays on XBOX as I play on PC, I experienced an unexpected disconnection and found myself unable to log back in because I was banned. I submitted an appeal but received feedback stating that I was banned for using unauthorized software and manipulating game data, which is untrue as I have never cheated in any game before. Upon researching online, I discovered numerous cases of account bans. The only recent change I made was getting a new monitor and overclocking my CPU. Feeling quite desperate, I am unsure how to proceed to regain access to my account. My activation ID is SleepyBear#[redacted].

I recently encountered an issue with my Call of Duty account where the email address was changed without my consent, followed by the unlinking of a BATTLE account associated with it. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the matter, the German support team has been unhelpful. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account and it is important to me to regain access. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My battle.net account was recently hacked, and the hacker changed my recovery options as I hadn't activated the mobile authenticator. It took me 2 days to regain access by contacting Blizzard for help. Fortunately, my Activision account remained secure as I had set up google authenticator. After recovering my account, I discovered that I had been permanently banned. Blizzard advised me to reach out to Activision for the ban appeal. Despite explaining my situation to Activision and denying the use of unauthorized software, they closed my case citing I was responsible at that time. This is unacceptable, as I strongly believe the hacker is to blame for any unauthorized activity. I am disappointed with Activision's support handling and lack of comprehensive information. I have evidence to show my Blizzard account was compromised and hope for assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I need to reach out about my Activision account issue that occurred recently. While assisting someone in the Facebook group Call of Duty Mobile Deutschland / Germany [D / A / CH] CoD Mobile Group with steps on how to delete their Activision account, I mistakenly clicked the delete button due to my phone's high display sensitivity. Consequently, my account has been processed as a new application with request number [redacted]2. I urgently require this process to be halted as I wish to retain my Activision account and all associated game progress. My account details are as follows: - Name: Jan Frantsich - Email: [redacted] - Activision ID: JanAnja # [redacted] I have attached a PDF copy of my identity card for verification purposes. It's essential to verify ownership before any actions are taken on my account. Kindly confirm that my account will not be deleted. I await your prompt response. Best regards, Jan Frantsich

I recently got banned and have been attempting to appeal. I am baffled by the ban and it's frustrating because I had put in a lot of effort on this account. I acquired various items like my knife, riot shield, and MP5 obsidian, but now it's all lost. I was playing Warzone with a friend when some players accused me of suspicious behavior after a match. I explained that I was using a mouse and keyboard, not cheating, but I got banned regardless. It feels unjust as there are actual cheaters using hacks while I just made a quick move. Please, I plead with you to reconsider the ban. I invested money in this account, lost my skins, and connections with friends. This situation is heartbreaking. I urge you to review my case and understand that I didn't engage in any unfair practices.

My Facebook account has been compromised. The hacker altered the email, password, and phone number associated with it, rendering me unable to log in. Despite attempting to recover my account with my ID, the mismatched name prevents me from regaining access. While I didn't set a specific password with Activision and solely used Facebook for login, I am urgently seeking assistance to retrieve my Call of Duty Mobile account. The email linked to my Facebook account is [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My COD points have been missing for a few weeks now. I had [redacted] COD points, but one day I logged on and only had [redacted], so [redacted] COD points were missing. This issue was fixed before but has happened again for unknown reasons. I've earned [redacted] more COD points from the battle pass, totaling [redacted] COD points. I have not spent any COD points; they were all earned through the battle pass. This is the second time it has happened this season, only occurring in Season 4 and not in previous seasons. I have tried to contact support through this website multiple times but have not received a reply. The case number is not showing up after submission, just "case #" without any other information. Please investigate this issue and help me retrieve my missing COD points so I can purchase this season's battle pass. Thank you.

Dear Activision, I'm a French player of COD Cold War and Warzone. I recently experienced a PC crash with "Dev error [redacted]" appearing in the Menu. Despite trying various fixes I found online, such as updating Windows and Nvidia, the issue persists. Surprisingly, when I created a new account, everything worked fine. It seems that the error might be linked to a specific operator skin. Unfortunately, I lost all my weapons and skins on my previous account "Papadragon1915." The new account "Papadragon2" is functioning well without any issues. Is there a way to transfer all my progress, including weapons and skins, to my new account? I would greatly appreciate your assistance as starting from scratch is a daunting prospect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Pierre-louis CUVELLIER

I have not accessed my CoD Mobile account in about a year. Upon trying to log in, I discovered that my account email or password has been altered. Despite having the same phone, logging in as a guest revealed that my in-game name, clan membership, and friends list have all been changed. Additionally, someone else is actively using my account along with my legendary skins, camos, and spent credits. The instructions on the Activision website are limited and unclear, which adds to my confusion. Although my Apple ID is still linked to the account, I am continuously kicked out of the game whenever the other person logs in. Communicating with Activision for assistance seems challenging.

Hello, On May 15th, my account was hacked, and I have an ongoing case with Activision for three weeks now. Despite being instructed to provide information via email to the "My Cases" section, I am unable to locate the comment section for submission. To summarize, after regaining access to my account and securing it with 2FA, I am unable to unlink the hacker's two accounts from my Activision profile due to a 12-month manual restriction. Furthermore, I need assistance unlinking my XBL account from the new account created for the recovery requests, which Activision has disregarded twice. I am urgently requesting to speak with a live representative from Activision to address and resolve this issue promptly. I have also escalated this matter to the BBB. The loss of over [redacted] hours of gameplay and substantial financial investments are at stake, and a brief discussion with customer service could easily resolve this troubling ordeal.

I have never hacked or used third-party websites or software. Both of my Activision accounts have been banned, possibly due to the recent increase in hackers. I believe they are banning users indiscriminately. The only time I encountered hacking was when I played a game with a hacker on my team, and I was not involved with them. It is frustrating that hackers can evade detection, but I am banned despite not engaging in any wrongdoing. I have invested money in my account and would appreciate any assistance in getting unbanned.

I am extremely disappointed with Activision. I have been a loyal player of COD since Black Ops and Warzone's launch without any issues. I have not used any hacks or manipulated data. After the recent Season 4 update in Warzone, my [redacted] CP vanished, and I reached out to support. The most concerning issue is that on June 30th, I received an email stating that a Battle account was linked to mine without my knowledge. I did not do this nor do I have a Battle account. I suspect my account was hacked to use unauthorized software. Days later, my account was permanently banned for alleged use of unauthorized software and data manipulation. I appealed the ban and was denied. How did my compromised account go undetected? I seek resolution as I have never cheated. I refuse to spend another dollar on Activision products until this matter is resolved. The unjust ban has wasted my time and money.

Good afternoon, I am appealing because I did not use any cheats or hacks, and I am completely against these practices that have ruined my gaming experience. I kindly ask you to lift my ban as I believe you may have detected the background use of WeMod, an application that allows cheats on single-player games, which I forgot to close before launching Warzone. I apologize for this incident, it will not happen again. I ask you kindly to consider my request as I have invested large sums of money in add-ons and in-game packages. I urge you to review this and I can provide evidence that there are no cheats/hacks related to Warzone, Modern Warfare, or Cold War on my PC. Best regards and have a good day. I hope you will consider my humble request as a simple player and not a cheater of any kind...

Hello, my name is Felix Poerschke. My Call of Duty Cold War account, Felix3x3LP, was unexpectedly banned from July 15th to July 16th. Despite my consistent fair play and adherence to the rules without cheating or using external software, I received an unjust permanent ban without the opportunity to appeal. I have been a Call of Duty player since Modern Warfare 3 and have never encountered such an issue. As a PlayStation 4 user, it would go against PlayStation's policies to use external software. I preordered the game, purchased every season pass, and was dedicated to playing ethically. I am deeply disappointed as I did not violate any of Activision's policies and was banned unjustly. I spent nearly €[redacted] on the game and would appreciate assistance in understanding the reason for the ban or the possibility of having it reversed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Felix Poerschke

I have had an Activision account for a long time and enjoyed playing Call of Duty games extensively. Last April, my account was unexpectedly banned, and I am unsure of the reasons behind it. Throughout my time with Activision, I have always followed the rules, refrained from cheating, inappropriate language, or violating terms of service. I used the Ware Wolf app once, received a warning, and promptly stopped using it. I have reached out multiple times via email without any response. I am reaching out here to request a review of my account status. I strongly believe I have been banned unjustly and am requesting to have my account unbanned. I truly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Please consider reversing the ban on my account. Thank you.

I am having an issue with purchasing the Modern Warfare 3 add on "Collection 1" on Xbox [redacted]. After buying it, the money was deducted from my bank account. However, when trying to install the add-on, I faced difficulties. After clicking on manage game, I was led to various options but couldn't proceed further under "Manage installation on Disc" as the "Save changes" button was unresponsive. Despite several attempts, I was unable to download the collection or get a refund. Any assistance in resolving this matter to either download the content or obtain a refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am frustrated with my experience with Activision. I have been playing Call of Duty since the beginning without any issues, and I have never used cheats. However, after the recent Warzone update, my [redacted] CP disappeared. When I contacted support, they prioritized a different issue. I received an email on June 30 about linking my account with a Battle account, which I did not do. Recently, I found out my account was permanently banned due to "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." I appealed the ban, but it was denied. I believe my account was hacked, and I did not engage in any misconduct. I hope to resolve this issue as I do not want to support Activision further. I have invested time and money into the game without cheating.

I recently discovered that my PlayStation account has been banned. After investigating, I realized that a Battle.net account, "BouncyBear#[redacted]", was linked to my Call of Duty profile without my permission. It's crucial to mention that the PlayStation account "XASAX" is mine and I use it regularly. I have tried to unlink these accounts, but they are currently under review. Surprisingly, when I checked my account on Activision, the XASAX account shows no ban: NO BAN DETECTED GAME(S): Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Call of Duty: Warzone Call of Duty: Modern Warfare DESCRIPTION: We did not detect an active ban on your Activision account. If you need help with any other issues, please check out our Support Options. I have even created a new Activision account, but I still cannot unlink them. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed to restore my XASAX account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Yesterday, while playing Warzone, I joined a random lobby but had to leave as the other players didn't speak my language. After exiting, I got disconnected from the servers and have been unable to reconnect ever since. I received a message stating "the server is not able to connect due to multiple log ins on your account," which made me concerned about a potential hack. I followed Activision's online procedure to create a new account and link it with my Xbox account, but my request was rejected as they couldn't recognize the account. This morning, I managed to log back in, but it seems like linking my account with a different email has reset everything as if I'm a new player. I'm reaching out for assistance since contacting Activision directly has been challenging due to limited accessibility. I plan to call them once they're available in 10 hours. Thank you.
