I have submitted two recovery requests in the past two weeks. Unfortunately, I received a response stating that my second account, created during the recovery process, was hacked three days later. I have dedicated a significant amount of time and money to in-game purchases in Modern Warfare and Cold War. Now, after being reset, I have lost all my diamond camos, skins that I purchased, and countless hours of gameplay. My username was changed from “Will” to “DeadlyKitten,” and the second account to “BrightHammer.” I am eager to regain access to my account and data. Despite filling out multiple requests, I feel like I am not making progress.

My account was unlinked without my permission, and I was forced to create a new account. This resulted in the loss of all my progress in Warzone, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, and Call of Duty: Cold War, which amounted to over 24 days of playtime. I have also made numerous in-game purchases and unlocked many mastery camos. Upon receiving an email confirming the unlinking of my Activision account, I attempted to log in using the associated email but was told my password was incorrect. Despite trying to reset the password, I did not receive the email to do so. I fear that my old account has been compromised with changes made to the password or email without my knowledge. Following an account recovery application, I received an email stating they could not assist with the recovery. This situation has left me frustrated and unsure of how to proceed as I have been unable to regain access to my original account despite waiting for two weeks.

My Activision account has been unlinked without my permission, and now I can't access it. This account holds about twenty-four days of game time and all the mastery camos in Warzone, Modern Warfare, and only a few in Black Ops: Cold War. I've been unsuccessful in resetting my password due to not receiving the reset email. I've attempted to recover the account, but after 7 business days, I was informed that it was the wrong form. I've invested around $[redacted] in in-game purchases across the Call of Duty games. I'm requesting Activision to reconnect my old account to my battle.net account to restore all lost progress. My account was unlinked without my knowledge, and I've been trying unsuccessfully to recover it, fearing it may have been erased.

My account was banned because someone hacked my activation account on April 10th. They started playing on my account, which was mainly connected to Facebook, so I could also play. The person then blackmailed me on WhatsApp, demanding $[redacted] to return my account. When I refused, they changed my loadouts and skins in-game. I've had my account since [redacted] and played every season. This morning, my account was unfairly banned. Despite trying to contact CODM after my account was hacked, I received no response. I was banned for 10 years without cause, even though I never hacked or played on another account. I have evidence of the hacker blackmailing me and my account details if necessary.

I believe I have been unfairly shadowbanned in Call of Duty. I played S&D core with my friends from the regiment last night, and we encountered some toxic lobbies. I suspect that the other players reported me and possibly my whole team. It's frustrating and unjust. I have heard it takes around 8 days to resolve a shadowban, which is unacceptable. I noticed immediately after purchasing the battle pass that I was connecting to servers with [redacted] ping, making the game unplayable. I only played core S&D as I was waiting to try out the new map, which I can't access now due to this false accusation. I request to be unbanned so I can enjoy the game, battle pass, operators, and guns I have invested in.

On April 4, [redacted], my Battle.NET account was compromised for around 6-8 hours. During this time, the person who accessed the account only played Call of Duty Cold War. Unfortunately, upon regaining control of my account, I discovered that I had been permanently banned. I reached out to Blizzard, and they advised me to contact Activision with my situation for a possible ban reversal. I am willing to accept an account reset, I just want to be able to play the game again. My Battle.NET account is registered under Unamused#[redacted], while my Activision ID is Unamused#[redacted]. I have screenshots of the Blizzard tickets confirming the compromise and the recommendation to contact Activision regarding the ban. The ban only affects my access to Cold War, and I am hoping for its removal.

I am unsure why I have been banned from my account with the ID Sm1Le#[redacted]. There could be a possible reason for this situation that I am not entirely certain about. My best friend briefly used my account about three months ago, which could have triggered the ban upon my return. There are a few possibilities: 1) The game may have flagged my account for the use of cheat engine to obtain money in Forza Horizon 3, a tool my friend and I both have. 2) The game may have detected different locations being used for gameplay. 3) It is unlikely, but my friend may have hacked in the game. 4) My account may have been compromised in the past and was retrieved through support. If there is additional information needed, please assist me in regaining access to my game. Sincerely, Mohammad

About a month ago, I logged into Warzone on my Xbox as usual and was prompted to sign in to an Activision account, which was new to me. I couldn't recall ever needing to do this before. After attempting to sign in with my presumed email, I was informed there was no account associated with it. I registered a new account with the same email, only to find myself starting at rank 1 with none of my items, including blueprints, weapon upgrades, battle pass skins, calling cards, and rank, except for my purchased coins from the $90 Cold War version upgrade. My Cold War progress was also reset. I have another email that may have been used for the initial registration, but accessing an account with it has been unsuccessful. When trying to unlink accounts on a computer, I received an error message stating I had recently unlinked an account and had to wait a certain period before doing so again. I have never unlinked my account before, so I suspect an error or potential hacking incident. I am unsure if my progress was compromised, but I am eager to have my account reinstated with all my progress intact for both Warzone and Cold War, games I've been playing since their release.

My account, "ragdus," was stolen, and the email associated with it was [redacted] On April 15th, I received a confirmation email stating that my email had been changed. Upon logging into Warzone on my PS5, I was prompted to log in to my Activision account, only to find that all my purchases and progress were gone. Despite this, the account still links to my battle.net account, allowing me to access all my previous progress, loadouts, and purchases on my PC under the "ragdus" Activision ID. However, the associated email has been changed to [redacted] I am requesting a reset of the email address back to [redacted], a password reset, and assistance in regaining my purchases and progress, along with enabling two-factor authentication for security purposes.

I recently returned to playing Modern Warfare/Warzone after a few months away. To my surprise, I was suddenly permanently banned from my account during a multiplayer match on Shipment. I have never used cheats, hacks, or mods in any Activision/Blizzard game, and I am certain my statistics show no suspicious activity. I have spent a considerable amount on the game, so the notion of pirated content is absurd to me. Neither have I engaged in boosting, glitching, offensive behavior, or any unauthorized activities. It is disheartening to lose access to an account I have invested so much time in and earned achievements like Damascus camo. I find it frustrating that Activision's support system offers no option for appealing bans and appears to be entirely automated. I am hoping for a response from Activision to clarify the reason for my ban and provide an opportunity to address this misunderstanding.

I have submitted multiple support requests since March but have only received one response, which is incredibly frustrating. Despite providing all necessary information in my last request (case # [redacted]68), I was informed that my account couldn't be located, even though I provided the hacker's email address as I was still logged into my Xbox at the time. As a dedicated player who relies on Call of Duty for income through Twitch, this ordeal has been extremely disappointing. Activision's customer service is among the worst I have encountered; the lack of accessible email/phone support and inadequate response to support requests is appalling. It is evident that Activision does not value its customers, even loyal ones like myself who have supported every game. I am hoping that seeking assistance from this third-party service will lead to a more effective resolution, but I have my doubts. The treatment of loyal customers is shameful, and I am considering discouraging my stream viewers from engaging with this unresponsive game in the future. Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer

I want to address that I refrain from using any cheating software or exploiting bugs in my gameplay. My gaming stats accurately reflect that I'm an average player, and anyone who observes my gameplay would corroborate this fact. I've heavily invested both time and money into this account, evident by numerous in-game purchases in both Modern Warfare and Cold War. It's illogical for me to jeopardize my account by cheating when I've made considerable financial commitments to it. I've been a dedicated Call of Duty player since the inception of Modern Warfare and Warzone, as evident from my account creation date and extensive playtime. This ban is unjust for someone who genuinely supports and invests in the game. I'm seeking an appeal to rectify this ban and restore my account. As a passionate gamer and loyal customer, I detest cheaters and actively report them in-game. I implore you to review this erroneous ban and reinstate a dedicated player on your platform. The significant amount of money I've poured into this account underscores my commitment, and I'm willing to take necessary measures to regain access.

I have been unexpectedly banned from Call of Duty Warzone, despite being a long-time fair player. I also own Modern Warfare, but can't access it now either. My ban, which occurred during a Warzone game, has left me confused as to the reason behind it. After contacting Activision following case number [redacted]5, I was informed that they do not disclose ban reasons. This lack of transparency is frustrating, and I feel it's essential to know the cause of my ban. If there are valid grounds for it, I request at least access to Modern Warfare since my ban was specific to Warzone. I want to clarify that my younger brother playing on my computer in my absence should not impact this situation, but I offer this detail for your reference. Game: Call of Duty Warzone (banned mid-game) and access issue to Modern Warfare multiplayer Platform: PC/battle.net Activision ID: Snakehater#[redacted] Battletag: Snakehater#[redacted] Email: [redacted]

Subject: Urgent Help Needed with Unlinking Account I am in disbelief! This issue is directly related to the unlinking of my account without my consent! I am frustrated and devastated as all my progress and data is now lost due to this unauthorized action. It's been two weeks of playing without any resolution, and I am beyond upset. Not only have I lost my progress, but I have also paid for battle passes that I may never get to access again. I demand to speak with a supervisor immediately. This situation is completely unacceptable.

I recently bought COD Modern Warfare for my PC after playing Warzone for months. In Multiplayer, the game crashes with a "Fatal Error, Paging File Error" message. Despite updating graphic drivers and adjusting virtual memory settings, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the issue persists. I've researched various solutions without success. Any advice on resolving these recurring crashes would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I started playing last Saturday when it was the free weekend. I played a few matches and then got placed in a low-priority queue or what some call a "Shadowban." After waiting a full week playing zombies, I was able to play multiplayer again this past Sunday. I played most of the afternoon with friends and did well in most matches. Around 10 pm, we couldn't find a match again, so I tried alone and realized I was in the queue again. When I click on quick play, the lobby search is quick but takes a long time to find a lobby with only 2-3 people. I bought the game like everyone else but have only been able to play around 6 hours in a full week. I would like some help or explanation as the last time I opened a ticket, I got ignored after sending my IDs. This time, I hope to get a quick response. My Battle.net ID is Trazz#[redacted] and Activision ID is Trazz#[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

My Activision account was hacked on the 23rd of April. The email address linked to the account was changed, and now I cannot access my account. I have invested a lot of time and money in this game, only for it to be stolen from me. I started the recovery process but have not received any updates on its progress. I am currently using an alt account set up during the recovery process. Despite emailing multiple times, I have not received a response. The time zone difference as I am in the UK has made it difficult to reach Activision. I am eager to have my account back and appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Sean.

Dear Activision Support Team, On the evening of April 17, [redacted], I was playing "Call of Duty Modern Warfare Warzone" with my friends. When I returned home on April 18, [redacted], my PlayStation 4 prompted me for an Activision account, which was unusual. Despite creating a new account with my usual email address, I was unable to log in and did not receive a password reset email. After waiting for 14 days, I received an email stating that my Activision account could not be found. However, I have been playing "Modern Warfare Warzone" online recently. I shared images of both my new and old Activision accounts with a friend. I am eager to retrieve my old account (ID: akirinhia#[redacted]) that I have invested time and money in, including purchasing all Battle Passes. I have unique in-game accomplishments that only I would know, such as unlocking specific weapon camos. I kindly request direct contact via email to resolve this issue promptly. I hope to regain access to my account to continue enjoying the game as before. Sincerely, Arne Krull

Today, I performed a complete reinstallation of Windows and installed games. I was able to play a few games initially, but then suddenly couldn't find any matches. Despite restarting the PC multiple times and checking all drivers, the issue persists. I also rebooted the router without success. Interestingly, our second PC can find matches unless grouped with me. A friend can still play, but when joining me, we can't get into a match together. My battletag is caldarkslide#[redacted]. I looked online and learned this could be a shadow ban, but I have never cheated in any game. My new PC only has Call of Duty and Nvidia drivers installed. My K/D ratio is just over 1.0, and I have purchased the full game, "Cold War," battle passes, DLC, and games for my friends. It's frustrating that I can't play now. My PC specs include an i9-9900k, 32GB of 3600MHz RAM, an RTX3090, and the game is installed on a Crucial M.2 NVME drive.

I've been waiting for over 5 months without any updates on my account recovery request. The support staff is unresponsive. My account was hacked and subsequently banned. Even though the support representative acknowledged my innocence regarding the ban, there has been no progress since I initiated the recovery request on November 27, [redacted]. During a follow-up chat with the UK support team, they indicated that I might regain access to my account after making adjustments. I am considering starting a new recovery request with the German support team in the hopes of obtaining better assistance. Unfortunately, all my attempts to submit a ticket have failed, despite trying various browsers, accounts, and devices, as well as using a VPN. The support system seems to be malfunctioning. A potential solution could be changing the email address associated with my account to facilitate logging in and appealing the ban, as the ban occurred due to external factors, as confirmed by the support representative.
