Since noon today, I received notification to register for Cold War using my Activision account, even though I was already registered. I input my details, but they were not accepted, which was unusual. Suspecting it might be the password, I changed it, but still experienced issues. I then tried registering with a different email, assuming the account didn't matter, and found myself starting at level 1 online. Now, I am attempting to log in with my alternate Activision account, but I am unable to unlink my PSN account to reconnect to the other account. Each time I select Unlink/Delete, nothing happens. It has been frustrating not being able to play all day. I hope to receive assistance promptly.

My friend recently lost access to his account due to a hacker. They took at least 50€ worth of skins and the original purchase price of around 50€. Password recovery was not possible, and when he contacted Activision support for help with account recovery, they claimed it was not their responsibility. This situation has made me hesitant to invest any money in my account. Activision's response to my friend's issue has made me question the level of security and customer care they provide. The game itself has also been problematic, with basic functions not working correctly after recent updates. For example, friend lists were not functioning, making it impossible to send requests or invite friends to parties. This experience has left me feeling disappointed with the overall development of the game.

I bought the "Rogue Bundle" in the COD store for Call of Duty: Cold War. This bundle was supposed to include a blue commando gun with blue tracer rounds and a red tactical rifle with red tracer rounds. However, after purchasing it, I didn't receive the commando gun as advertised. Then, I noticed a blue tracer pack in the store that contained a red MP4 with tracer rounds, but when I clicked on it, it showed a blue commando instead. This visual glitch led me to unintentionally buy the Rogue Pack. I'm usually very careful with my digital purchases, and I would like a refund in COD points. The bundle displayed a different weapon than what I received, and I want to get the correct one. I hope to receive a refund in the in-store currency to rectify this error.

Yesterday, I discovered that my Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War account on Blizzard was permanently banned. I was taken aback because I only purchased the game two weeks ago. Despite being informed that an email would provide details about the ban, I never received one. I want to clarify that I have never used cheats or hacks in Call of Duty. I searched for solutions to this problem, but unfortunately, I could not find any. I found numerous individuals in the community facing a similar situation. Having spent over $60 on a game that I cannot access is frustrating. I am unable to play the campaign or engage in local multiplayer matches against bots. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly to regain access to my game or receive a refund.

I am experiencing issues launching Warzone from Battle.net. It appears my Battle.net account is not properly linking to my Activision account, resulting in my stats starting from zero. Even though I purchased Cold War previously, the Warzone menu only displays a "purchase" option. The COD mobile app indicates there is no gameplay data for my account. Despite attempts to use the agent chat, it fails to load. Reaching out to support on Facebook did not yield any responses, and on Twitter, although I received instructions on account recovery, there was no follow-up. I attempted to unlink my account to resolve the issue but keep encountering an error message stating it cannot be unlinked due to recent activity, which I believe is incorrect. I am feeling frustrated as I am unable to resolve this matter with Activision.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my Activision account. I logged onto it 2 days ago to play Warzone, but it required me to sign in to my account. Despite entering the correct details, it kept saying my password was wrong after multiple attempts. When I tried to reset my password, I was informed that an email had been sent for the reset, but I never received it. Even after reattempting the process, the email was still missing. Eventually, I managed to use my already associated email address with my previous account, and it was accepted. However, upon loading the game, all my progress, including camos, weapon rankings, and stats, had reverted to level 1. I had accumulated over [redacted] wins on Warzone and achieved unlocking Damascus for my guns. I am disheartened by this situation and kindly request assistance in recovering my account. I can provide evidence of my previous level, progress, and Activision ID through numerous clips. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Paul, and I'm reaching out for assistance regarding my Activision account. I recently logged in with a new email address and was surprised to find that all my progress, ranks, and camos were reset. Apologies for any language errors as it's been a while since I was in school. I had invested a lot of time and effort into my account over the last few years, so this loss is quite disheartening. I believe reconnecting my old Activision account with my previous email address could resolve this issue, but the site mentions it can only be done once every 12 months. I'm unsure how to proceed, and it's quite a frustrating situation. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide on this matter. Thank you in advance for your help. Sincerely, Paul (Funqq)

My account has been permanently banned due to a series of events involving sharing gaming consoles with friends and signing in and out of different accounts while trying to play on a new platform. It all began when a friend sold his PS4 and I let him borrow mine while I used my brother's Xbox. Eventually, I borrowed my friend's PS4 Pro to play Warzone and later switched to playing on a used PC with my brother for the first time. During the process of setting up accounts and verifying information, we encountered issues. We mistakenly inputted incorrect details that led to permanent bans on both my brother's and my accounts. Despite my brother being able to resolve his ban, my account remains banned.

Hello, I wanted to play Call of Duty on the PS4 yesterday. However, after starting the game, I had to reconnect with my Activision account, even though I had already done that for over a year. I tried to log in, but it said my password was wrong. I clicked on "Forgot password," but I never received an email to reset it. Then I tried to create an account with the same email, hoping the system would recognize my old account and log me in. However, when I logged into Call of Duty, I found out I am at Level 1, meaning I am on a new account. Now this new account seems linked to my PSN account, but my friends can still see my old account on their friend lists, so the account definitely still exists. My PSN is CoMpAcTzZ--. The old Activision account has the ID CoMpAcTzZ. Regards,

My PC specifications include an RTX [redacted], 2700x, and 16GB DDR4 RAM running at 3000MHz. While playing the game, I set everything to minimum except for model quality, texture quality, and render distance, with DLSS UltraPerformance. Before and on the second day of season 2, I encountered occasional errors causing the game to crash. Suddenly, without any changes, I started getting the "0xC[redacted] (0x0) N" error upon launching the game, even before reaching the lobby or game mode select screen. This issue only occurs with this particular game, as other games like Cyberpunk [redacted], Minecraft Bedrock and Java, and Warzone run without any problems. I attempted various solutions such as updating drivers, disabling XMP, closing background apps, restarting the PC, running repair scans, reinstalling the game and launcher, updating drivers, reaching out to Nvidia, performing Windows updates, and contacting Activision, though the number I tried was not in service. I am willing to engage in a Discord or phone call for assistance.

I recently received a ban due to an internet connection error that led to being flagged by the BattlEye anti-cheat server. I believe this ban is unjust as I have only launched the game a total of 6 times since purchasing it, and I do not cheat. I possess log files that can verify my innocence. I attempted to resolve this through the ambassador chat, but was met with unhelpful responses. I feel frustrated by the finality of the ban policy, especially given the circumstances. If my account cannot be reinstated or refunded, I am considering seeking legal assistance. I am looking for contact information to address this issue.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue while playing Call of Duty Warzone. Whenever I am in a battle royale, I get kicked mid-match, and the same happens in Plunder mode. The difference is that in Plunder, I receive an error message at the end of the match. This is not related to my internet connection. After uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the issue persists. I would appreciate any help you can provide to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my main Activision account. It was originally created by my father about five or six Call Of Duty versions ago. We were regularly signed in and never had to remember the login details. However, after a recent update, we were automatically logged out and now can't recall the email or password used. The email associated may no longer be accessible, like the example provided: [redacted] The situation is further complicated as my dad set up the account. Any assistance in recovering the account would be greatly appreciated. The username is Amolinari. I might be able to retrieve additional account details from a friend if needed.

Subject: Issue with Activision Account Good Morning, I am currently facing a significant problem with my Activision account. It appears to have been hacked, as I am unable to find a game in Warzone anymore. I have meticulously checked all my network settings and even attempted to play with my secondary account which is not associated with Activision - and it worked perfectly. Moreover, I am struggling to unlink my Playstation Account as it states that my unlink request is pending review. I have considered deleting my Activision Account and creating a new one, but I suspect my current account may have underlying issues. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in unlinking my account (PS) so I can establish a connection with a new one. Your prompt support is invaluable as I feel quite desperate in this situation. For your reference, all of my friends who are linked to Activision can play without any issues. Best regards, Max Birkelbach

Last Sunday, on March 7th, my grandson played Call of Duty Mobile, and he played again on Wednesday, March 10th, resulting in a charge of $[redacted].02 on my account. I am confused about how this happened as he doesn't know my password. I need assistance with this matter. Despite trying to contact customer service, I have not been able to reach anyone as the phone lines seem inactive. I received an email from Google Play about two of the transactions, but my checking account shows three charges. I find the total charge of $[redacted].02 unreasonable, especially since no password was used. My name is Lynda Wintch, and I expect a response. If I do not hear back, I will reach out to the FTC.

After finishing work a few days ago, I logged into my computer to play Call of Duty: Cold War as usual. I noticed there was an update being installed, so I let it finish before starting to play. However, after launching the game and trying to find a match, I had significant delays connecting to other players. After some time, I decided to restart my computer, only to find a message in the Battle.net launcher stating that my account had been banned. As a dedicated fan of Call of Duty for almost 8 years, I have never encountered a situation like this before. I have always enjoyed the games without resorting to cheating or using unauthorized software. I find it unfair to receive a permanent ban for an alleged first-time offense. I am truly perplexed by this situation and hope to resolve it without tarnishing my long-standing positive relationship with the game developers.

Hello Activision Team, I discovered today that there was a new ban wave issued and unfortunately, I was affected. I was abruptly disconnected from the game and upon trying to log back in, I was informed that my account has been permanently banned. I have been playing Call of Duty Warzone for over a year, mostly on my PS4 until I switched to PC last month. The game has been a great way to unwind and connect with others since the lockdown started in March [redacted]. Throughout my time playing, I have not engaged in any form of cheating or manipulation to gain an unfair advantage over other players. The only action I took that may have impacted my account was using a code I found online to unlock camos and reticles for guns in the armory. I used this code a few times to customize the appearance of my guns, which is a feature many players enjoy. After realizing my account was banned, I reviewed the terms and conditions regarding account suspensions and bans in your policy. I believe my offense, which falls under the category of "improperly obtained downloadable/unlockable content," could be considered a first-time offense resulting in a temporary ban according to your policy. I acknowledge my mistake now that I have familiarized myself with the policy, although I did not anticipate that using this particular unlocker code would lead to a permanent ban on an account I have invested so much time into. I understand that cheating through hacks like aim/wall hacks negatively impacts the gaming experience for others, and I see the severity of such actions. I hope this message is received positively, and I am eager to hear back from you. I would greatly appreciate it if my account ban could be reevaluated and lifted so I can continue enjoying the game. Most of the weapons I used were already fully unlocked before using the unlocker code, except for a few like the Street Sweeper shotgun and some melee inventory items which I rarely used. The features I obtained through the unlocker did not provide any advantages that would impact others' gameplay. I apologize for misusing the unlocker code and regret the risk it posed to my account. I sincerely wish for my account access to be reinstated to its original state before using the unlocker code, which only affected my camos and reticles. Thank you for addressing bans promptly to enhance the gaming experience for all players. I kindly request the restoration of my account to continue playing without further issues. Best regards, Gareth

My Cold War account was hacked, as the hacker accessed my email, changed the password for my Activision account, and unlinked my PS4 and Battle.net accounts. The account name was IIxTHUNDERxII linked to my Blizzard account IIxTHUNDERxI and my PS4 IIxTHUNDERxII. I can provide proof of purchase and details about camos earned on the account as needed. My friend saw the hacker playing Warzone on PS4. I now have control of the email linked to the account. Kindly send any information on how I can prove ownership or recommend other verification methods via email. Thanks.

I have been permanently banned from Warzone. I purchased calling cards from a seller who unlocked them using a tool and added them to my favorites list. According to the Activision rulebook, a first offense for improperly obtained downloadable content should result in an inventory reset, not a permanent ban. I am based in Europe and unable to call the provided phone number. How can I reach out to Activision to appeal this decision and emphasize that this should be considered a first offense, not an extreme one? I kindly request for the permanent ban on my account to be lifted.

Hello, I recently logged on to play Warzone / Modern Warfare after a few days and received a message stating that I have been permanently banned from Activision servers. Previously, my account was hacked, but I regained access and played for two days without any issues. After taking a short break, I found myself permanently banned. I have never cheated, used aimbots, wall hacks, or engaged in any unfair play. I am genuinely confused by this sudden ban, especially since I have never been banned in any Call of Duty game before. My profile has all guns maxed out, including most of the Cold War guns. I am an average player who simply enjoys the game on Xbox. I am unsure of what I might have done so wrong to warrant an immediate permanent ban without any prior warnings. I hope to have my account reinstated and continue playing. My gamertag is "I Beat Cheeks." Thank you for your assistance, and I appreciate any help I can get.
