On June 17, [redacted], I realized I missed my payment due on June 6, [redacted], even though I've been a card member since [redacted]. Unfortunately, I overlooked making the payment. After discovering this oversight when I received a call, I contacted customer service to request the $25.00 fee be waived, but they declined. Regarding My Closed Account Number: [redacted] I have contacted AT&T Universal Card via phone and three letters in the past year - two to Sioux Falls, SD, and one to Louisville, KY. Despite this, all my attempts to resolve an issue regarding a double charge on my Master Card have been ignored. After ordering ink cartridges from Sinotime Ink-toner Company in Florida in February [redacted] and receiving the wrong products, I disputed the charge with AT&T Universal Card due to a stroke preventing me from fulfilling the vendor's photo requirement. Furthermore, unresolved issues persist with Sinotime Ink-toner Company and unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card from "Love Luxury" in Florida. I have been a loyal MC customer since [redacted]. Recently, I updated my Citi AT&T Universal Platinum Card and use the Citi Mobile App on my iPhone to monitor my charges daily without any issues. However, I encounter a frustrating problem when I try to access the app on my Mac computer running the latest "Mojave" system. Even though I enter the same ID and password as on my iPhone, it does not accept it. I use the latest Safari Browser for this. Additional information about me is as follows: - Name: R.H. This payment was refunded on 03/25/[redacted]. Thanks to Citibank, I can access old statements online and confirm the refund was processed on 03/25/[redacted]. However, I realize I did not specify my request clearly. My query is as follows: Two refunds were issued, one for $5,[redacted].67 on March 3, [redacted], and another for $13,[redacted].33 on March 25, [redacted]. I kindly request confirmation if these refunds were transferred electronically to my bank or issued by check. If electronic, please disclose the bank details; if by check, confirm if they were cashed or are still outstanding. I have been unable to log into my online account for years. Despite numerous attempts over the past few weeks to re-register, I am unable to proceed. Every time I input my personal details and card number, the system does not recognize me, even though I have been a member since [redacted]. If I try too many times, I end up getting locked out. It is important for me to access my account to view my information and claim rewards. I usually receive my bills via email and make payments upon receiving the physical copy in the mail. I am the executor of my deceased mother's estate, and I am trying to obtain statements from 2[redacted] for her ATT/Citibank card ending in [redacted]. The final bill was paid in April-May of [redacted]. The account was set up for auto draft to BancCentral in Alva, Oklahoma, or USC. I have been attempting to contact them for 2 days to no avail. Despite having Letters of Testamentary from Judge Mickey Hadwiger in the district court of Woods County, Oklahoma, allowing me access to the account, I have not been able to get the information I need. Could someone please assist me with this matter as ATT/Citi has not been responsive to my inquiries.

I am the executor of my deceased mother's estate, and I am trying to obtain statements for her ATT*Citibank card ending in **** from ****-****. The account was paid by auto-draft to BancCentral in Alva, OK. I have Letters of Testamentary from the district court of Woods County, Oklahoma allowing me access to the account. I am reaching out to express my frustration with the customer service phone agents. I attempted to pay a bill over the phone, but there was an error, resulting in the payment not processing. After receiving a subsequent bill with late fees, I called to rectify the situation. I was assured the late fee would be waived since the payment error was not my fault. Despite sending payment by mail, I have received yet another bill with additional fees. As a loyal customer for many years, this experience has deeply disappointed me. A few weeks back, I received a call from Citi Card notifying me of unauthorized charges on my AT&T Univ. card. After confirming the unauthorized charges, they canceled the card and sent me a new one. Recently, I was prompted to press 2 for a call from Citi Bank, assuming it was regarding the new card, only to have a recording state my PIN number. Today, I received a bill from AT&T Universal card with a charge from Windscribe.com, which was linked to the old card but charged on the new card. Despite trying to contact customer service for over an hour without success, I hope to cancel the card after resolving the unauthorized charges.

I purchased toilet paper on E-Bay on March 20 from a Chinese company. They said it was shipped and would arrive by March 30. I was charged $39.25 on my Universal Card on March 22, but the package hasn't come, which I expected because it's from China. I've asked for a refund from the seller and am waiting for a reply. I'm disputing the charge and believe the seller knew the shipment wouldn't reach the U.S. Please remove the charge from my account. Thank you, Shirley J Bogard.

I purchased two tickets to Richmond, VA for my granddaughter's soccer meet, which was canceled due to Covid-19. The airline offered a voucher for future travel, but my granddaughter won't be flying until [redacted]. I am unable to use the voucher due to health concerns, and it expires in September. I've been trying to reach out to Spirit Airlines and Citi without success. I don't want to provide an interest-free loan to the airline, only to potentially lose my money later. I noticed that I was double-charged for one transaction on Walmart.com when I purchased two glass tea kettles. The order number is [redacted] on 5/17/20. I received one broken kettle, which I returned, and the correct total should be $32.08. However, I was charged an extra $48.14. Could you please assist me in crediting back the $48.14 that was overcharged? Should I reach out to Walmart directly for this issue? Thank you for your help.

I made a $[redacted] donation to the Trump campaign fund. However, my statement shows a higher amount of $[redacted]. I believe this is due to the multiplier options that were offered, where my pledge was multiplied by 2X, 3X, or 5X. I did not agree to these additional amounts, and I only want to stick to my original donation of $[redacted]. Kindly adjust the total on my statement to reflect my intended contribution. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact customer service since February but have not had luck resolving my issue regarding a computer service purchased on September 4, [redacted], for $[redacted].98. I spoke with Marie on 2/18/20, Mathew and Wayne on 4/27/20, Geleen said she would transfer me to Jordan after a 1:30 minute wait, waited 1:20 hours on hold, and currently, my call has been on hold for 1:24 minutes. I have held for various durations since then and unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. It's frustrating to see the charges still on my card with interest. I am a long-time customer since [redacted], always keeping my account in good standing, and feel disappointed by the lack of assistance. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently disputed charges on my card and rejected a package from the same company involved. I informed the Post Office that I hadn't ordered the CBD Hemp oil they tried to deliver. I questioned how the company obtained my credit card number and want to prevent them from charging my card in the future.

Customer complaint: I, Julian R. Schexnayder, a long-time customer, am facing an issue with a disputed purchase. The item was supposed to work with any system, including iPad, iPhone, and iTouch, but it did not have the necessary component to make it functional. Despite numerous emails to the company, I received repetitive responses that were unhelpful and difficult to understand. They refused to provide a return mailing label within the warranty period. After much struggle, I managed to reach someone in the USA, but they immediately cited the item being out of warranty. Only when I mentioned federal laws did their attitude improve temporarily before reverting to their uncooperative behavior. I involved my lawyer, but they claimed ignorance of receiving any communication. I simply want a refund for the faulty item which my computer experts believe has been recalled in their country. I sent my payment of $[redacted].83 on December 1, [redacted], with check #[redacted]. However, it seems that you did not receive it. Despite this, I received two calls about a late fee. On December 21, [redacted], I sent a duplicate payment check #[redacted] via Certified Return Receipt Requested. I always pay my account in full monthly and will not pay an unjust late fee.
