I need assistance regarding a problematic installation by an AT&T installer. The installer went through my attic ceiling, improperly set up my DirecTV, and left a mess of cords in my living area. He faced physical limitations due to recent knee surgery, which hindered his ability to bend his knee or perform the job adequately. Consequently, I now have a significant hole in my dining room ceiling with heat issues coming from the attic. Despite reaching out to AT&T multiple times, I have not received any assistance with this matter. Thank you for your help.
