I am inquiring about the whereabouts of the TV I mistakenly ordered. It should have been returned to the seller by Feb 6th, but I have not received any confirmation from them regarding its return. The original tracking number for the item is [redacted]2, with the item # [redacted]41, described as a Vizio M-series 70" Class UHD Full Array LED Smart TV M70-C3. I am unsure if the TV is still at your facility or if it has been sent back to the seller. Despite my multiple messages to the seller, I have not received any response since Feb 6th. Today is Feb 12th and I am growing concerned. I have contacted eBay's customer service and am considering reaching out to the Attorney General and my bank for assistance. I bought a television online on May 19, [redacted], for $2,[redacted].79. It was shipped on May 20, supposed to arrive by May 26. After over a month, the package hasn't shown up. AIT's tracking stated delivery on June 16, but nothing arrived. AIT claimed the package was damaged and is returning it. The retailer mistakenly thinks I received it due to AIT's inaccurate information. This oversight is unacceptable from such a large logistics company. AIT hung up on me during my attempt to resolve this issue. I have reported this to the Illinois State Consumer Protection Office and may need to take legal action.

I was expecting a delivery today between 1-6. However, the status now indicates that I need to schedule a delivery. I did not receive any information beforehand about this change in the delivery status. The item is a treadmill. I kindly request for the shipment to be sent promptly. I work night shifts and have been awake the whole day waiting for the delivery. A courtesy message informing me of the delay would have been greatly appreciated.
