I recently spoke with Ruth Hill regarding my policies, but she redirected me to Judith. Despite numerous attempts to reach Ruth through emails and calls, I have not received any responses. I also left messages for Judith last week, but still have not heard back. I am concerned about the status of my policies as I am still paying for two policies that are supposedly inactive, with differing start dates than what I remember. All four policies were supposed to be activated in [redacted], not [redacted]. I started utilizing my Aflac benefits only in [redacted] and now, I am confused about why this change has occurred. I am looking for clarification on why my policies are affected in this manner.

Hello, my name is Dawn J. I have submitted claims that are currently under review. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. I have been on bed rest without pay due to a pinched nerve for over two weeks, as I recently relocated and started a new job. I have sought medical help and forwarded all necessary documentation to AFLAC, including contact information for verification. I did x-rays and went to urgent care and a chiropractor, incurring out-of-pocket costs. I am inquiring about the delay in receiving payment and loss wages. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I recently left my job where my policy was through Aflac on May 15, [redacted]. Even though I sent in the payment, I received it back along with a reinstatement form to fill out by August 2, [redacted]. I emailed the form on 7/27 and have an email confirmation #, but I haven't received any updates in over 3 weeks. My policy # is P0K6P249 (cancer policy) with Account # X8284. I am reaching out to inquire about the status of my reinstatement. Thank you. - Bruce H.

I have a policy with number: P0G5X812 listed under the name Kelly Chisholm in Michigan since [redacted]. I usually have my payments automatically withdrawn via a debit card that Aflac has on file. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my debit card earlier this year due to fraudulent charges, and after getting a new card, I forgot to update my payment information with Aflac. Consequently, I missed several payments. Recently, when I tried to update my payment info, I couldn't access my account online. I suspect my policy may have been canceled, but I never received any alerts about it. If it has been canceled, I would like to reinstate my policy and settle the missed payments promptly.
