I have been experiencing difficulties receiving my paychecks because ADP delays releasing them. Despite reassurances when HR contacts them, stating the funds will appear in our bank accounts soon, we often do not receive them until after 5 p.m. or the following business day. Previously, I would receive my checks at midnight or 7 a.m., but for the past three months, they have been arriving at 4 p.m. or later. As a single parent, I rely on my paychecks for daycare, food, gas, and bills. It is crucial for ADP to resolve this issue promptly and return to their previous standards. Additionally, allowing employees to speak with a person instead of a robot when we call would greatly improve the situation and prevent unnecessary frustration directed at HR, who are doing their job correctly while ADP is not fulfilling their responsibilities.

My mother worked at Bendix AlliedSignal Honeywell in KCMO from [redacted] to [redacted] as a full-time employee, specifically as a data entry specialist. Unfortunately, she never received her retirement benefits and I, as her son, have not received any beneficiary benefits either. Over her 30 years of work, she contributed to a 401k, Employee stock purchase plan, and the Honeywell master retirement trust, but we have not seen any payouts from these accounts. In [redacted], my former employer transitioned from using ADP to Intuit for payroll services in October. As a result, I received W-2 forms from both companies, which led to an incorrect calculation of my income by the IRS. I ended up owing $[redacted] in taxes due to this issue. My boss and I have been attempting to access our ADP accounts for the past few months without success. Despite our efforts to contact ADP customer service, we have not received any assistance. I recently switched to a new company that also uses ADP, but due to getting a new phone and email, I am unable to access my account for important documents like pay stubs. I am frustrated with the lack of support from ADP.

I received a payment statement and a check for my salary, which seems to be deposited-only. The company then sent a separate check to me, but it has been nearly two weeks, and I have not received it yet. Since I no longer work for the company, I do not have direct deposit set up. My bank has the check pending but placed a hold on it, making it unavailable for cashing or use because of the company's error. I am frustrated and concerned because I need access to my paycheck. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to seek legal assistance and consider filing a lawsuit.

I am having trouble accessing my ADP account linked to my previous employer, Under Armour. I worked there for seven years but can no longer log in as the phone number and email associated with the account are outdated. I recall my username but have forgotten the password.
