My spouse, Rodrigo S., and I are currently guests at the Marriott in Veracruz, where Rodrigo is a frequent visitor. We have enjoyed our stay from September 19 to the 21 without any problems and appreciated the excellent service from the staff. However, upon our recent arrival, we encountered a discourteous staff member named Jonathan at the front desk. He was impolite and lacked customer service skills. Rodrigo, due to this negative experience, has decided not to stay at this hotel in the future. We were surprised by Jonathan's reaction when we brought in our small French bulldog, as the hotel is advertised as pet-friendly and our pet has not caused any issues during our stay. We are disappointed by the way clients with pets are being treated, and if this is the new policy, we will no longer choose to stay at this establishment.
