I have been a loyal member of 9Round Tallahassee since they opened, even throughout the changes due to COVID-19. However, I am now facing a frustrating situation. Despite my attempts to cancel my membership via email and voicemail on June 10 and June 14, I have not received any response. My monthly fee was still deducted on June 14. I also reached out when enrolling at 9Round Braselton, explaining my loyalty and need to only use one gym. I have not used the Tallahassee location since June 1 due to being in Braselton. Despite my efforts to communicate my situation and cancel my membership, I continue to receive emails and voicemails about unpaid fees and late charges. I have even tried contacting corporate headquarters but have not heard back from them or the Tallahassee branch.
