An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Hyatt Hotels and Resorts phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Hyatt Hotels and Resorts staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.

Plus we believe that Hyatt Hotels and Resorts staffs the call center well on Tuesday.

Calling this Hyatt Hotels and Resorts Customer Number

Jul 1, 2024

Getting through Hyatt Hotels and Resorts' reservations phone number is an easy process, as I had no wait whatsoever when calling. When I called, I was given a choice on whether I wanted to make a reservation, change a reservation or get assistance with something else. I asked to make a reservation, and I was taken to a representative in about a minute.

Once I was greeted, she asked how she could assist me. I told her that I was looking to book a hotel room, and she asked which property I wanted to stay at. I told her it would be the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, and she asked me what dates I wanted to stay there for. I said that it would be for one night, for July 26 to 27.

She said that she would check the rates available for that date and asked if I wanted a king bed. I asked what the other options were, and she told me that my other choices were two double beds. I said the king bed would be fine, and she asked me what kind of view I would want. I asked which views were available, and she told me that I had three options.

I could either choose an atrium view of the hotel for $287 per night, a view of the city for $297 per night or a view of the river for $327 per night. I asked if there were any other differences, and she said there were not. I thanked her for the information, and she thanked me for calling Hyatt and wished me a pleasant stay when I came.

Overall, I thought that she did a fine job of providing information and getting me through the call. I would have no hesitation using this number to make reservations if needed.
