If you have realized that you need to cancel your Zazzle order, you should be able to do it fairly easily if the order status is still Pending. Just follow the steps below:

Cancelling Your Order on a Mobile Device

  1. Open the Zazzle app.
  2. Tap on Sign In and log in to your account.
  3. Tap on the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the page.
  4. Tap on My Orders.
  5. Tap on the ID of the order you want to cancel.
  6. Tap on View Order Status.
  7. Tap on Cancel Order. If there is no Cancel Order option, this is because your order is no longer Pending and the shipping process has begun.

Cancelling Your Order on a Desktop

  1. Go to Zazzle's home page.
  2. Click on the Sign In link in the upper right corner and log in to your account.
  3. Hover the cursor over the profile icon in the upper right corner. A drop down menu will appear.
  4. Click on Order History.
  5. Check that the status of the order you want to cancel is still "pending."
  6. Click on the ID of the order you want to cancel.
  7. Click on View Order Status on the right side of the page.
  8. Click on Cancel Order at the bottom of the page.

After you cancel your order, the items that were a part of that order are placed back in your shopping cart. You will then be able to add or remove items from the order or go back to the checkout to change the shipping method. Or, of course, you can simply decline to buy any of them again.

If you have any problems cancelling your order, you are going to have to get in contact with Zazzle's customer service for further assistance. They may be able to do something about cancelling your order in certain circumstances even if the status is no longer Pending. They have a customer service phone number and an online Help Desk. Contact information for both can be found here.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Zazzle Problems?

Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Cancel My Zazzle Order? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
