I want to cancel my subscription

You can cancel your Scribd membership at any time by navigating to your 'Account Settings' on the Scribd website. Click on 'Membership & Payment Details' under the 'User Settings' section. Select 'End Membership' at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to confirm. Please note that this has to be done on the Scribd website and cannot be performed in the mobile app. Your membership will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, so you can continue to enjoy access to Scribd's library until then. Once your membership comes to an end, your account will be converted to a free account.

I want to cancel an account that has an email address that I no longer have access to

If you want to cancel a Scribd account associated with an email address you no longer have access to, you'll need to remember your Scribd password since you won't be able to reset it through an email. Login using your old email and the password. Then navigate to Account Settings located under the user menu at the top right of the Scribd website. Scroll down to the Membership & Payment Details section and click on "End My Membership". After following the prompts, your subscription will be cancelled.
