ScentBird is a popular subscription service for luxury perfumes. It ships 30-day supplies of designer perfumes. They have a scent recommender with 500, 000 authentic perfume reviews.

If ScentBird has charged you unfairly, you can contact them and request a refund. With the regular billing cycle, your card is charged on the 5th of every month. If you have a multi-month plan, your account should be charged on the 5th of the relevant month. If, for example, your payment is due in August, your account should be charged on August 5th.

Currently, it is impossible to get refunds for your first-time shipments. ScentBird does not offer refunds for renewed subscriptions either. If you no longer need your subscription, cancel it before your next billing date. If your subscription has already been renewed, it will remain active until the next billing cycle.

The processing of first-time shipments is expedited. Once you have placed your order, you can't cancel it. You will receive your shipment even if you cancel your subscription immediately after subscribing.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you don't want to be charged, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Follow these steps to complete the process;

1. Sign in to your account

2. Hover over your name

3. Click 'Subscription Status'

4. Click on the link 'Cancel Subscription'

Payments to ScentBird

When subscribing to ScentBird, you have to provide a valid and accepted method of payment. Your payment method may change from time to time. Your purchases and subscriptions will be charged to that payment method.

If ScentBird has overcharged or double charged you, you may contact their support team and ask for a refund. When trying to figure out if you have been charged wrongly, consider the fees that may be imposed by your financial services provider and mobile carrier.

When you provide your account information to ScentBird, you authorize them to debit the total cost of your subscription, purchases, related charges, and taxes. If you fail to make those charges on time, you will be financially responsible for the costs and fees associated with the efforts of ScentBird. If they have to seek legal help, you are responsible for the legal charges. In such cases, you cannot claim a refund as the costs won't be considered as an overcharge.
