Use the Self-Service Tool

The self-service tool is available 24/7. You can use it to activate your Safelink phone by texting the word ACTIVATE to 611611. Follow the instructions to successfully activate your phone with Safelink.

You can also check your balance, add airtime, check your web usage or data and check your Rewards points using the self-service tool.
