Netflix (UK) Customer FAQ

To change your email address on Netflix (UK), sign in to your account. Go to "Account" and select "Membership & Billing." There you can update your email address. If you cannot access your account because you no longer have access to the old email, you may need to reset your password to the associated email or use any available account recovery options.

To notify Netflix of a change in your payment card or update your phone number, you can go to the "Account" section on the Netflix website. From there, you can update your payment information under "Billing details" and adjust your phone number under "Account preferences".

To cancel your Netflix subscription in the UK, sign in to Netflix, go to the "Account" page, and select "Cancel Membership" under the "Membership & Billing" section. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If you've forgotten your Netflix password and don't have access to your old phone number, you can still reset your password via email. Navigate to the sign in page and select "Need help?" Then, select "Email" under the Reset your password header. Enter your email address and select "Email Me." You will then receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you don't have access to the email address associated with your Netflix account either, it would be best to create a new Netflix account. Please note that subscription fees, if any, will apply.
