Why Am I Not Receiving My HGTV Magazines?

Your first issue should arrive four to six weeks after your subscription or an additional two weeks for delivery outside of the United States. If your magazine is not delivered within this time range, the reasons may include:

If you had not paid for the issue, you can go ahead and pay for it to complete your subscription. If you paid to the wrong account, contact customer care for assistance.

Step 3: Check Your Subscription Status

You may not have completed your subscription so it won't have started. Alternatively, your subscription may have expired and hasn't been updated. In this case, you will have to complete your subscription or update your expired subscription. Also, make sure that you did not accidentally suspend your subscription at any point. If this is the case, you will have to contact customer care for assistance or wait for the suspension to end.

Step 4: Contact Customer Care
