What do I do since my scheduled departure was changed with a 30 minute notice to the option given?

We understand such unanticipated schedule changes could be inconvenient. FlixBus aims to ensure minimal disruption to your travel plans. However, in the event of a last-minute change, the bus operator does their best to notify you in advance. You have the option to accept the new departure time. If the new time does not work for you, you can cancel your trip and request a refund or exchange your ticket for a different departure time or date, subject to availability. Do note that terms and conditions apply for cancellation and ticket exchange.

I paid cash and i didn’t get the ticket number on my email

If you've paid cash and have not received an email with your ticket number, it's possible there may have been an error in the email address provided, or the email could be in your spam folder. However, we recommend keeping your payment receipt safe as it typically has your ticket details on it. If you're still unable to locate your ticket number, visiting the ticket counter at the bus station or contacting the place you physically purchased the ticket can also help, as they may be able to assist you in tracking down your ticket details.

I need to change my destination on my ticket

Indeed, you can change your destination with FlixBus. You are allowed to cancel your original booking and then make a new one with your new destination. Please note that a cancellation fee may be applied according to the time of cancellation. After cancellation, you will receive a voucher for the refund amount that can be used for future bookings. Just ensure this is done at least 15 minutes before your original departure time.

Money was deducted from my credit card but no ticket issued
