How Does Eventbrite Pricing Work?

Eventbrite makes event planning easier and more streamlined. The company offers three packages, and you can start either the Essentials or the Professional for free. You'll get help with ticket types, tools for ticketing and more regardless of package. If you're interested in the third package, the Premium Package, reach out to Eventbrite Customer Service for more details.

It doesn't seem like it was that long ago that if you wanted to organize an event, you had to hire a great deal of help or have connections in the event organizing industry. Eventbrite has been making event planning more accessible since 2006, but how does the pricing of packages work? This guide will answer these questions and more.

Eventbrite Tips

The price of your package depends on a few factors, including if you choose the Essentials Package or the Professional one. The factors are the cost of the tickets, how many were sold and if you passed on any fees to your ticket buyers. With that reasoning, if the event is free, then Eventbrite won't charge you either.

Since there are many variables when pricing an event, the company has a pricing calculator available. Just enter the ticket price and how many attendees you have, select one of the available packages and you'll receive an estimate of how much you can earn minus any fees.

To find this calculator, go to Eventbrite.com and click on the Organize tab, and select Pricing.

Eventbrite Packages

The Essentials Package provides you with one ticket type only, tools for ticketing and registration, access to an organizer app and listing your event on Eventbrite and other sites.

The Professionals Package includes everything the Essentials Package plus extras like unlimited ticket types, reserved seating, more personalized check-out forms and scheduled payouts. There's more included, which makes sense.

The final package is the Premium Package. It offers everything the Professionals Package has but you get access to Eventbrite's events team for a consultation. This consultation is meant to maximize your business events and pricing strategy through professional advice.

You can try either the Essential or Professionals Packages for free, but if you want to try the Premium Package, you will need to reach out to Eventbrite. You can reach Eventbrite's Customer Support here if you have any questions.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Eventbrite Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Eventbrite in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Does Eventbrite Pricing Work? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
