E-ZPass Virginia Customer FAQ

To install your E-ZPass transponder, clean and dry the inside of your windshield. Position the transponder behind the rearview mirror, ideally at least one inch below the tinted section, and at least one inch away from any metal surfaces. Peel the backing off the fasteners and press the transponder firmly against the glass for a few seconds to ensure it sticks properly.
