You can easily do this by logging in to the website or the app. Some of the information you can change or update includes your phone number, mailing address, notifications, email address, and username. If you're using the website, log in to your account. To sign in, enter your email address, username, or mobile number, and click Let's Go.

To continue, Xfinity (Comcast) may ask you to verify your identity. Choose from one of the verification methods to proceed with editing your contact information.
Note that although you changed your email address, the login information stays the same. You can still login using the previous email address.

Want to make the new email address your preferred email? Note that updating your preferred email address is only for customers with more than one Xfinity account. Use the next step below.
Click "Make this Preferred".
Wait for the code and type it in. Then, click Verify.
If you want to change the mailing address registered to your account, proceed to the next step. Do note that changing your mailing address doesn't mean you're moving your service.
Xfinity customers can also update their email and text preferences or their alerts. They can choose to only receive updates for service interruptions, billing, and account security. If they don't want to receive marketing communication emails or special offers, all they need to do is go to Settings.
