5. Click 'Continue'

6. A code will be sent to your email or text to verify your identity. Enter it on the next screen

7. Check Your Info; this includes your first and last name, phone number, and email address

8. Choose Your Username; this option lets you choose a username. You may create a new one or use your email address

9. Enter Your Password; create a strong and unique password

Once you have created a username, you must wait up to 72 hours before using it.

Your username must have a minimum of six characters. It should have a combination of numbers, special characters, and letters. Your username can't have consecutive symbols.

Creating Your Charter Communications Password

Your password should be strong and unique. It should have a minimum of eight and up to 20 characters. It must include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter. To make it strong, use a combination of letters, special symbols, and numbers.
