How Do I Manage My Booking with Brussels Airlines?

If you have booked a trip on Brussels Airlines and need to make a change to it, you can do so online. All you have to do is log into your account and you can manage your booking with the Manage My Travel option. Extra costs and fees may apply, depending on the type of change and the type of tickets you bought.

If you booked a trip with Brussels Airlines and you made an error or something has come up that interferes with it, you need to manage your trip booking. To do so, just follow the instructions below.

Manage Your Booking

You can use these instructions to manage almost any aspect of your trip, including changing the flight schedule, changing your seat, upgrading to first class and even cancelling a flight.

  1. Go to the Brussels Airlines website.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click on Manage My Travel from the options on the top of the page.
  4. Enter your booking number or reservation number.
  5. Enter your last name as it appears on your passport.
  6. Click on Enter.
  7. Look for the booking you wish to change on the page you are taken to.
  8. Click on the booking.
  9. Click on Edit Details.
  10. Select the flight you need to change and change it.
  11. Click on Change.

Once your trip has been changed, a new price will be calculated. If the new trip is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference before your booking is modified. The details of your new trip will be emailed to you using the email that you entered when booking the trip.

Check and Go tickets and Light and Relax tickets will have extra charges in addition to the fare difference for making the changes. There are no extra charges for Flex and Fast tickets or Bizz and Class tickets.
