To remove items from an order, update delivery address details, change or cancel your order, contact a customer support agent at Bradford Exchange either by phone or by email. You can cancel your order within 14 business days from the day after you received it. In addition, you will be required to complete and submit by email, an online cancellation form explaining your reason for canceling the order along with your order number added to the subject line. Keep in mind that once the engraver received a personalized item, it cannot be changed or canceled. Personalized items can only be returned if they are faulty.

If you already received the product you wish to return, you will be instructed to print out a mailing return label and then following the instructions provided on it. To return coins of high value, contact your account manager at the number provided.
