Can I carry pets on Transperth services?
Transperth has specific guidelines regarding pets on their services to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers. Generally, small pets can travel on Transperth services if they are enclosed in a suitable carrier. This carrier must be secure and large enough for the pet to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. The carrier is typically limited to dimensions that allow it to be placed on your lap or under the seat in front of you.
For larger animals, such as dogs, Transperth allows them on board only if they are certified assistance animals. Assistance animals must wear a harness or identification that indicates their status. It is important to keep in mind that restrictions apply, and animals must remain under the control of their owners at all times.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, including any changes to these guidelines or special conditions, please refer to the current page on the Transperth website.
