What You'll Need
Canceling your subscription is not the same thing as canceling your membership. Canceling your subscription essentially just cancels the auto-renewal feature. You will no longer be able to use the site, but your account will still be there, ready for you to sign into again, if you ever want to reactivate it. Canceling your membership also hides your photos and profile, although Match will retain your data in case you ever want to reopen your account again.After canceling your subscription, even after canceling your membership, you can always renew your subscription by simply signing into Match and following the prompts.You can choose to cancel individual features of your subscription without canceling your full subscription. Just go to Manage Subscription, choose the Subscription Status option, and click on the "Deactivate" option next to the feature you want to disable.After you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. You cannot get a partial refund for the remainder of the time in your current subscription period.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, skip to step 13.
Click on the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the screen to sign in to your Match account.
Click on the gear icon location in the navigation bar near the top of the screen.
Click on the "Manage account" option in the menu on the left side of the screen.
Scroll down to the "Manage subscription" link and click on it.
Enter your password in the text field provided and complete the CAPTCHA.
Click on the Continue button.
Click the Cancel Subscription option.
Answer the questions.
Click the Continue Cancellation button.
Answer one final question.
Click the Continue Cancellation button.
You will be shown a cancellation confirmation page. Do not continue with the next steps. If you also want to cancel your membership, skip to step 18.
Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone.
Tap on your profile icon, located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Tap the Cancel Subscription option.
Tap Confirm.
If you also want to cancel your membership, continue with the next step.
After canceling your subscription, go to Account Settings.
Go to Manage Subscription.
Choose the "cancel your membership" option.
