I purchased a hoodie sweatshirt with The Barry TV show logo as an anniversary gift. The delivery was prompt. However, I was disappointed as the color of the sweatshirt received did not match the one shown on the website. The actual neon red color was brighter than expected, which my husband does not prefer.
I am looking to exchange it for a black crew neck sweatshirt with the Barry logo in size large. I am willing to return the current sweatshirt. Please advise on the next steps to proceed with the exchange.
