Hello, it's Kate Black here. I made a purchase more than a week ago and haven't received any updates from you. I was hoping for a tracking number notification via text, which I haven't received yet. I paid with my credit card, so I assumed my order was processed. The item I bought is the cowboy hat my granddaughter has been wanting, and I'm starting to worry it won't arrive in time for Christmas, or worse, won't arrive at all.
