Tap on Let's Start to get started with your repair request. You will be asked to log in to your Samsung Account.

Enter Your Email Address

Enter the associated email address with your Samsung account. If you don't remember the email address, click Find ID and enter your personal details to get the email address associated with your account.

Sign In With Google

Did you create your Samsung account via Google? Then sign in to your Google account.

Tap Continue

A Sign In to Samsung Account message will pop up. Scroll down and click Continue.

Click Agree With Samsung Account Policies

Add Your Device

Once your device is added, just follow the on-screen instructions to schedule the repair service. If you have a warranty, click on the registered device to see the warranty status. You may also still need to pay for repair costs even with a warranty. The total repair cost depends on the diagnosis, repair type, and the warranty status.

You may need to mail in your device if you're too busy to visit the service center or live far away from an authorized center. Just print a label, pack the device, and drop it at any UPS box. After the repair service, Samsung can also mail the device back.
