You can log in with your email address and password. If you're eligible to transfer to another club and don't have an account yet, click Sign Up. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset it.
Go to the Menu and Select "Transfer Your Membership"
Use the 'Find A Club' tool to locate the nearest Planet Fitness in your area. Just enter your city, address, or zip code to find a gym near you. Click on 'Review Plans' to see membership details at a specific fitness center. Tap 'Club Details' to view a list of member benefits, equipment, and support available for members.
If you wish to do the transfer in person, just visit your preferred home club. To find the closest gym, use the Find a Club tool above. Once you're in the center, a staff member will review your details to see if you're eligible to transfer your membership.
After transferring your membership, you may receive a new member ID. Billing will also be switched to the latest club. If you still have an outstanding balance in your current club, be sure to settle that first to be eligible to move your membership. Additionally, depending on the location, you may need to pay with your checking account to ensure your membership continues uninterrupted.
Also, you may be eligible to upgrade or downgrade your membership with the new club. To do this, visit your home club or sign in to your account. Once your membership is upgraded or active, feel free to start joining fitness training offered at your club.
