At Fanatics, canceling orders for most items is possible. However, they can't guarantee that all orders can be canceled once it has been submitted. Orders that cannot be canceled include customized items produced by Fanatics and other third-party vendors, which include player names or personal requests. Cancellation isn't possible due to the production timeframe of these items. Don't worry, though; you'll still be able to cancel most items purchased through Fanatics, and this guide will show you how.

Sign In to Your Account

The first step is to log in to your account using your email address and password. You can also log in with your Google account, whichever account the item purchased is associated with.

Once logged in, you'll be able to check the status of the order and make changes to it, including cancellation (if the item is eligible for cancellation).

If you have an order number, follow the next step.

Find Your Order

If you're unable to log in (because you forgot the password), you can also make changes to the order using the order number. Enter the order number and tap Continue. Then follow the on-screen instructions on how to modify or cancel orders.
