Did you just join United Mileage Plus? After confirming your account, United will display your MileagePlus number in the welcome message. The account number contains both letters and numbers, and usually begins with a letter and ends with a number.
The welcome email sent by United also includes your MileagePlus number. Check an email from notifications@united.com with the subject "You have successfully enrolled in MileagePlus."
If you've forgotten your MileagePlus number and have deleted the email, log in to your MileagePlus account to find your account number. Check out the steps below.
To log in, enter your email address and click Continue. Then, enter your password and click Sign In. You can also log in with your phone number, if it's verified.

Members who book at least 4 United flights earn the MileagePlus Premier status. This means more perks, such as free checked bags (the number of free checked bags depends on the Premier status), more miles for every flight, and a free upgrade to EconomyPlus. Premier 1K members also get a free drink and snack in the Economy and Priority Pre-Boarding. You still get to keep your United MileagePlus number even when your member status changes.
If you're planning to use your United MileagePlus at the airport, ensure that your name, date of birth, and gender on your account match your government-issued ID. Members also have the option to change their information online, but they won't be able to make changes to their United MileagePlus number.
