If you're already at the airport when the flight was canceled, use a kiosk to rebook the next available flight. You'll need your confirmation code or the boarding pass to view the updated trip details. If you prefer to rebook another flight, talk to the customer service representative about switching your flight. You can print a new boarding pass for your rebooked flight at the kiosk.
American Airlines customers can also rebook their flights via the app or the website at aa.com. We'll discuss them in the succeeding steps.
