Report a problem using UpWork's app
To access the UpWork Help Center, select the "Help and Support" link from the profile menu.
Open the UpWork app and tap your profile photo in the upper left corner. Then select "Help & Support." Then select "UpWork general support." In the Help Center, type your issue into the search bar. If the article does not help, click on "Contact Support" and then on the drop down click on "Contact Support" again. A tile that says "Chat with Support" in the lower right will appear. Click that and a chat window will appear where you can get help with your issue.

Get back into your UpWork account
If you're locked out of your UpWork account because it's been hacked, or you've forgotten your login information, you are still able to contact support. This video will show you how.
Go to support.upwork.com. Click on "Contact Support" and then on the dropdown, click "Contact Support" again. Scroll down and find the link that says "Login recovery" and read the article. If the tips they offer don't help click on "Fill out this form." On the next screen, fill out the Access Request form and make sure to include full name, previous payments, and old email address. Once you are done, press "Submit."
As a last, sometimes only, resort- UpWork customer service can be accessed through their website. This can entail digging through help articles before finding a form and "being allowed" to submit a problem to their team, and rarely leads to a real-time conversation, which is why GetHuman does not recommend this unless it's the only way.
