Report a problem using Bing's app
To access the Bing Support Center, select the "Feedback" link from the profile menu.
Open the Bing app, click the profile icon on the top left corner, then scroll down and click "Settings" and then click "Feedback." Next, select "I don't like something." This will take you to a form where you can describe the problem you are having. Fill out the form and press "Submit."

Get back into your Bing account
This video demonstrates how to contact support, even if you've forgotten your login details or your Bing account is locked or has been hacked.
Go to Bing.com and clock "Login." Enter the email address or phone number linked to your account, then click "Next." When it prompts you to enter your password click "Reset password" and then on the next screen select "I don't have any of these." The next screen is the account verification form that you will need to fill out. Provide your name, old account password hints and recent activity. Once you are done, click "Submit."
