Report a problem using BetMGM's app
To reach the BetMGM Help Center, click the "Help Center" link found in the Account menu.
Open the BetMGM app and log in to your BetMGM account. Click on "Account" in the lower right. Next, click "Help Center." Click "FAQ & Customer Care," then click "Contact Us." Next, select Live Chat or Email. If email, enter your name, email address and DOB, then describe your issue and attach any screenshots. Check your submission and click "Submit."

Get back into your BetMGM account
Even if your BetMGM account is lost, restricted, or hacked, you can still get help. You don't need access to your account or the original sign-up email. Just check out the video below for instructions.
Go to https://www.BetMGM.com or open the BetMGM app. Click "Login" then click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and DOB. If you no longer have access to the address on your account, scroll down and click "Start Live Chat" next to where it says "Need more help?" On the next screen you will be entered into a chat, make sure to describe your account access issues in detail and they will help you recover your account.
If phone-based customer service is not available, or the wait times are long, many people prefer chat as a next-best option. Some even prefer it to calling on the phone. Luckily, BetMGM provides this option.
As a last, sometimes only, resort- BetMGM customer service can be accessed through their website.
