If you haven't suspended your service yet, be sure to do this as soon as possible. Suspend your service by calling Xfinity's 1-800 number. You may also schedule a call with an agent or visit an Xfinity Store in your area for in-person assistance. Another way to suspend your service is by signing in to your account and going to the Devices tab. Select the device and tap Learn More, then Suspend Line. You can also do this using the app.
Xfinity also offers a Mobile Phone Finder feature to help locate a misplaced phone at home. To use it, pick up your Xfinity Voice Remote and say, “Xfinity Mobile, find my phone” or “find [family member’s name]’s phone.” Be sure to say “Xfinity Mobile” first. If you have multiple devices, you can assign and edit nicknames to make them easier to identify. It’s also recommended to keep your phone’s ringer on, as you may not hear it if it’s set to silent or vibrate. Have questions about tracking your lost or stolen device? Contact Support today.
