Call JetBlue to receive your compensation... or don't.

If you did not book your flight through JetBlue, wait at least 7 days after the flight to call JetBlue at 1-800-JETBLUE to ask about your compensation. Make sure you have your flight number, your confirmation number, date of travel, and all of your personal information on hand when you call. If you booked the flight directly through JetBlue, there is no need to contact the airline at all, someone from the airline will contact you instead within 7 days of your scheduled flight.
