You've set up a GoFundMe campaign, received donations, and now you want to see who specifically has supported you. Keep reading for step-by-step instructions on how to get the list of people who donated to your GoFundMe page. Note that due to data protection laws, many standard individual fundraisers will have limited access to a full donor identification details. As of 2025, GoFundMe doesn't allow you to pull a report that includes donor email addresses.
The steps for finding this information also differs depending on the type of account you have with GoFundMe (free or GoFundMe Pro for nonprofits).
In order to complete these steps, you'll need to have your GoFundMe account login details.
Go to GoFundMe.com and in the top right corner select "Sign In." You can login with your email and password. Alternatively, you can choose to sign in through a third-party authentication via your Gmail or Apple account.
Once you're signed in, select the downward arrow next to your name in the top right corner. Select "Your fundraisers." This will bring you to a page of all your fundraisers. Select the one you want to find donor information for.
On this tab, you'll be able to see the names and amounts of people who have donated to your campaign. Some accounts will be able to export this information into a list, but email addresses will be excluded.
Go to Pro.GoFundMe.com and in the top right corner select "Sign In." You can login with your email and password.
Once you're logged in, go to "Transactions" and select "Transaction History."
You can see the supporters associated with each campaign you run on GoFundMe Pro. Click on the "Campaigns" filter and select the specific campaign.
Next, use the "Advanced" filter menu and add the filter: Transaction Type is equal to Donation or Offline donation. At this stage, you can create the report with any additional filters you need.
Save your report by selecting "Add to my reports."
Now you should be able to see all the donors that donated to your GoFundMe campaign, regardless if you have a free or Pro account.
Note that you can use your GoFundMe account to send out a thank you message to your donors!
