DISH will display the security PIN hint you entered when setting up your PIN. If you chose a good one, it will remind you what the PIN is supposed to be.If you not only forgot your password but also forgot your username, click on the Sign In button. From there, click on the "Having trouble signing in" link. Then click on the "Forgot username" link and follow the prompts from there to recover your DISH username.
Go to the DISH password reset page to start the password recovery process.

Enter your telephone number or your email address.
Click on the Continue button and follow the prompts to finish resetting your password.
Skip the remaining steps, which are for resetting your PIN.
Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the home page.
If you want to recover your PIN with the DISH app then skip to step 11.
Sign in to your DISH account.
Go to My Profile.
Enter a new PIN under the Security & Sign-In header.
Confirm the new PIN by entering it again.
Enter a new security PIN hint.
It should be something that will reliably remind you what your PIN is without giving it away to anyone else.
Save the information you just entered by clicking on the Save button.
Skip the remaining steps, they are for recovering your DISH PIN via the app.
Open the DISH app.
If necessary, sign into your DISH account.
Tap on Account.
Tap on Security.
It's located in the Security Info section.
Confirm that the new PIN is what you want by entering it again.
Enter a new security PIN hint.

Tap on Save Settings.
