The equipment charge for a modem not returned on time is approximately $200, and this can change. If you have DISH or DIRECTV, you also need to contact them directly regarding cancellation. Subscribers who paid a deposit when setting up their CenturyLink service will need to wait for the closing bill, where the deposit is applied.
