My friend was banned for 7 days by the moderators for calling out individuals who were sending her death threats and insulting her. I've provided her email below for assistance in lifting the ban or reducing the duration. It's concerning that the individuals who initiated the harmful behavior weren't reprimanded. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

My friends and I attempted to reset the password, but the verification code could not be sent to any known email or phone number. My account username is Pandasfurever2851. I was playing a game called “Bedwars” and decided to check out the new update. I purchased a new game pass that I really enjoy. While trying it out, I suddenly got logged out and couldn't log back in using my password despite trying different variations. Later, I received an email informing me that my email was removed from my account and the two-step verification was disabled. Can you please assist me in resetting my password? My daughter's account was hacked a while ago, and she became discouraged when she couldn't get any assistance from customer service to recover it. I'm now assisting her in reclaiming her account as she's keen to start playing again. The hacker not only deleted all her items but also changed her "skin" back to default. We are hoping to recover her lost items and restore her account to its previous state.

I was recently banned for a day and subsequently got logged out of my account. Despite numerous attempts to regain access after the ban was lifted, I have been unsuccessful. My account, under the username T4MERAA, holds significant value as I have made considerable purchases using it. I kindly request for the Roblox Corporation to investigate and assist me in resetting my account as it was only meant to be banned for a day, yet I am unable to log in at all now.

I have encountered issues with my two ROBLOX accounts. One of them, registered under the username charli_damileo90, was hacked, and the password was changed without my consent. The other account, under the username fightlovefigh, I have forgotten the password for after getting a new phone. Despite attempting to verify my identity through my phone number, the verification code was never sent to me. Both accounts hold valuable items, and I am in desperate need of assistance to regain access to them.

I have reached out to Roblox numerous times, only to receive the same generic response each time with just the staff name changed. My account, Hide0520, was created by a friend in [redacted] using the wrong birthdate. Despite notifying Roblox over a year ago, I received no assistance. With the introduction of voice chat, I created a new account, SuperGirlNotUgly, to access the feature. I am requesting age verification to correct my birthdate to [redacted]5 on my main account to enable voice chat. I have evidence of my actual age and have never violated any rules on Roblox. I have made multiple attempts to address this issue with Roblox, but have been met with the same response citing company policy. I urge Roblox to reconsider this policy and assist me promptly. It has been over a year of waiting, and I would appreciate resolving this matter as my main account holds valuable progress I do not wish to lose.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Roblox Account. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I am unable to log in. I can provide evidence of ownership with transaction invoices in my email. My concern is that my Debit card is linked to the account for renewing my Premium membership. I fear losing access to my account permanently, given the time and money I've invested in it. The account name in question is D3DlCATED (with a lower case "L" replacing the "i").

I received a 7-day ban for "Harassment," but it was just a prank on a friend. I used a different account, "miguelesgenialjeje," along with my main account "lavenderdabest1" in Brookhaven with my friend, laylay2kslay. I made it seem like someone was hacking our private server using the "miguelesgenialjeje" account and pretended to know personal information on the "lavenderdabest1" account. It was all meant as a joke to prank my friend. Kindly consider lifting the ban from my account.

The birthdate on my Roblox account is incorrect. Despite creating the account in [redacted], the birthdate is set to [redacted]. My account name is Hide0520. I have been trying to correct this with Roblox for years, but they keep sending the same response annually. Initially, it didn't bother me much, but with the new age verification for voice chat, it has become a problem. My alternative account, SuperGirlNotUgly, has the correct age, but I have invested a significant amount of money in my main account. I am unable to abandon it. It would be greatly appreciated if Roblox could allow age verification for voice chat or consider my request to change the birthdate. I understand there are policies in place, but after receiving repetitive responses through numerous emails, I hope they can review this situation. Thank you.

Someone said I would get free Robux, so I gave them my username. They asked for my password, I questioned why, and they said I could see something cool. I checked with my friends, and they showed me they received Robux, but it seems they only bought them with real money on a different account. I was foolish and gave out my password.

Hello, My daughter set up two accounts for me, but she doesn't remember the passwords. The issue is on the first account, I have [redacted] Robux. The second account is linked to my email and phone for security. When I try to reset the password, it only lets me do it for the second account, not the first one where my [redacted] Robux are. I am playing ROBLOX. My username for my first account is FLIPOU59, and I have [redacted] Robux. The username for my second account is Flipou59yopi, with no Robux. When she created both of these accounts, she forgot to note down the passwords. I purchased [redacted] Robux on my first account and used [redacted] Robux, which leaves me with [redacted] Robux. The issue now is, how can I reset the password for my first account? Whenever I try to do it with my first username, I keep being directed to my second account because it's more secure. I have evidence of my [redacted] Robux purchase on Google Play. I've tried explaining this to the French Roblox support team, but they keep insisting on a password reset. I really need help with this.

Hello, I would like to report an error. My friend loulou_83l was wrongly banned for 7 days while the player 09zazakills, who I believe reported her, was the one being offensive. We were playing "Elimination Tower" where 09zazakills was using inappropriate language like "stupid," "gay," "toxic," "dead," and more, even insulting with terms like "your mother" and others. Please remove the ban on her account and consider taking action against 09zazakills as well. Thank you.

My Roblox account "MummysLittleMistake" was deleted today. I have been using this account since [redacted] and have never received any warnings or bans. I am especially frustrated because Roblox deleted my account due to my username. I have used this username for about a year without any prior warnings, and suddenly my account is gone. I have invested at least £[redacted] in this account, and I demand a refund if my account cannot be restored. It is unfair to lose that much money. I would appreciate it if you could consider reactivating my account as I am extremely angry about this situation. Roblox could have at least given me a warning or the opportunity to change my username, but they did not. I hope you can understand the extent of my disappointment. If it is not possible to restore my account, please refund the money at the very least. Thank you.
