While traveling from Orlando International Airport to London with Virgin Atlantic Airways, my group of four checked in four bags at the counter. When we asked if we could add another small bag, the staff initially only provided tags for the original four bags, causing confusion. After speaking with the supervisor, they retrieved our bags for us to identify the missing one. Unfortunately, one bag, which is black in color, went missing without tags and couldn't be located in the system. Despite efforts, the bag remains missing. How can we go about retrieving the missing black bag?

Good afternoon. I recently returned from a cruise to the Bahamas on 12/6/19. I requested wheelchair assistance upon arrival at the airport but had to wait 40 minutes without anyone coming to help. With only 30 minutes left before my flight, my thirteen-year-old granddaughter ended up pushing me through security, to the tram, and to the gate, while I handled two suitcases alone. No airport employee offered assistance during this stressful time. This experience has left me very disappointed. I suffer from neuropathy in my hands and feet due to breast cancer, making situations like these challenging for me. I hope my feedback can help improve the assistance provided to passengers in need. Thank you.

On December 3rd at Gate 23 in Orlando Airport, my carry-on was accidentally left behind. We were notified that it was found and instructed to contact a supervisor the next day. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to reach a person by phone. Despite filling out forms with both Orlando Lost and Found and Frontier Lost and Found, our carry-on is still missing. I suspect if the bag was unattended, security might have been involved and could have information about its whereabouts. I have been attempting to locate a phone number to reach someone at Orlando Airport security. If you have any information on how to contact them, it would be greatly appreciated.
