Hello,
I previously spoke with Clinton a couple of months ago before placing my orders. I sent a similar email to him in that thread, but I wanted to contact someone immediately since the bells that need replacing are in stock. I have been out of the country until late Thursday night. I just opened them all up and went to do a workout, and I noticed I was sent 2 pairs of the 16KG/35lb kettlebells and none of the 20kg/44lb ones. I went through my order, and I definitely ordered the correct ones, and the extra set was a shipping mistake. I have pictures of all the bells and my order to confirm this. I can also confirm my travel dates if needed. These kettlebells were not inexpensive, and I hope you can correct the mistake as soon as possible since the 20kg/44lb ones are currently in stock. I am willing to ship back the additional bells if you provide a prepaid label. My previous orders do not include any kettlebells; these are brand new. They are all excellent quality. Please let me know promptly.
