I am experiencing poor Wi-Fi connection in my house with my One Com equipment. Upon receiving the Netgear Boosters model no EX3700 from you, I have been unable to successfully connect them to the internet. In my household, we have multiple devices including 2 laptops, 2 iPhones, a printer, and 2 iPads. Additionally, we have three TVs, a soundbar, 4 Sonos speakers, and 3 Ring cameras connected via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. While the Ring Chime Pro is functioning, two of my Ring cameras are indicating poor Wi-Fi connection. I am seeking assistance to improve the overall Wi-Fi signal in my home. I have a website registered with One.com under the name of Mrs Moore at Moore.se. The site is currently being redesigned by a company named 'Dogwash' located in Göteborg, Sweden. I have two yearly invoices due for payment to One.com which I cannot access, hindering my ability to manage emails and correspondence. I recently moved my website from Simplesite to one.com. After receiving an email confirming the migration was completed, I followed the instructions to log in and make changes. However, when I tried to access my domain, it said it was already taken and suggested alternative names and pricing. I am not looking to start a new paid website but to locate and continue the one I've been developing for three years. I'm concerned as one.com is not responding to my emails, and I fear losing all the work I've put in would be devastating. I need assistance as soon as possible to ensure I can access and retain my existing site.

I have been utilizing Webhosting and a domain with one.com for nearly 9 years. Recently, I noticed an invoice in my one.com account that is more than double the amount I paid during my last renewal. I discovered that one of their services, the Website Builder feature, was upgraded to the premium version without my consent or any prior notification. They charged me for this additional feature that I did not approve. They allege that I was using premium features on the Website Builder, which I do not believe I have been using. The invoice is due on the 17th of April, [redacted]. Although I have managed to revert the feature to its original version, the invoice for this year, totaling [redacted] euros, is still present in my account when I log in. Last year, I paid only 69 euros for hosting and domain. I am disheartened by the annual price increases from one.com, but being billed for a service I did not request, without my knowledge, and for a future period has crossed the line. I have reached out via email, but have not received any response. This situation feels unjust; how is this even legal?

I had a domain on Simplesite that is now One.com. I want to transfer my website to One.com but I need the Authorization code from Simplesite. If needed, I can create a new domain. I must delete the old one to ensure customers see the new prices on the website starting from August 1st. I am eager to make these changes promptly.
