Due to the current challenging situation, all our work is being conducted from home. However, the poor internet connection has been hindering our productivity. I have been reporting this issue for the past 3-4 days. My registered phone number is [redacted]. We are in a difficult situation as we are unable to change the connection provider currently. The service quality is unacceptable as there are frequent outages and slow speeds. The company is quick to ask for advance payments, but the service is subpar. This lack of reliability is unjust to customers. I urge you to address this issue promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction and consequences.
