I have been attempting to withdraw our family funds from my Nebeus account for the past 40 days. Today, the 30th of June, was supposed to be the day we could finally access our funds, which amount to €3,[redacted] designated for my mother's medical assistance as she battles lung cancer. Unfortunately, we are still unable to withdraw the money. Nebeus has been holding onto our funds since May 17th, and we urgently need access to it for my mother's treatment. Kindly assist us in facilitating the withdrawal process so we can provide the necessary care for my mother.
